The staff were extremely helpful and respectful Two members of staff stood out Sercan and Merve in Reception Merve was new to the Hotel but expressed a willingness to learn and has an engaging personality Erkan was always willing to help,very professional and a vital member of the Hotel Team

“Mutlu stay 2026”
Great food, drinks are a plentiful. Rooms are a little pokey, all amenities available at a price. Air con £80 for the week, no remote though so does get cold at night. “Rubbish rooms”
Location great room dated . Floor in rooms broken . Room wasn't cleaned on arrival so told staff. Bad smell in bathroom

“Get what you pay for”
The hotel has had a make over mainly outside. The entrance is around the side and POSH has taken over the pool and bar areas.
