“Amazing experience, amazing hotel!!!”

Came here with my family, has been a great experience. There are so many things to do and it has been an unforgettable experience. Really clean and safe hotel. Shout out to Mehmet for welcoming me and my family with open arms.

This was our third visit in 12 months, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Liberty Fabay. The fact we’ve returned three times says everything about how much we love this hotel. One of the biggest highlights is that there are no sunbed wars! No getting up at silly o’clock to reserve a lounger – there’s always plenty of space, which makes for such a relaxing holiday. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is immaculate. Our favourite place has to be the Beach Bar – it’s so chilled, set in a stunning location, and the perfect place to unwind with a drink while looking out over the sea. The staff are what really make this hotel so special. Every single member of the team goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing stay. There are far too many to mention individually, but we wanted to give some special recognition to a few people who made our holiday extra memorable. A huge thank you to Ceran in the Kids Club and Erin in the Youth Club. Our children absolutely adore coming back to see you every visit, and you make such a positive impact on their holiday. Special thanks also to Mert and Engin in the Indian Restaurant for their fantastic service, Gizem and Sedat Kuzu at the Beach Bar for always looking after us with a smile, and finally Reda from the entertainment team – your energy and enthusiasm are infectious, and you help create such a brilliant atmosphere. The only small downside this time was that the main buffet at dinner felt busier than on our previous visits, particularly the queue for the meat station. However, this certainly didn’t take away from what was another fantastic holiday. If you’re wondering whether to book Liberty Fabay, don’t hesitate. Go for it! I promise you won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to return for visit number four!

“Liberty Fabay Italian restaurant”

Amazing Italian food and excellent service from Romazan and Autul at the Italian restaurant this evening. Romazan was very good with our boys age 9 and age 6, they loved their starters and mains, the pepperoni pizza and the spaghetti bolognaise.

This was our first time in Turkey and we were recommended the Fabay but a lot of people. We had originally planned to stay at Signa as we felt there was more slides and splash park but the cost for the same week was extortionate in comparison to the Fabay. We arrived very late after a delay in Manchester. We were not greeted with a drink or a friendly smile, which was a disappointment but it was late so understand the staff were probably tired. We asked to upgrade, but were told that wasn’t an option so to ask again in a few days. We were only there for a week so couldn’t be bothered repacking and moving. We stayed in T105 and it was a poor area, looking out on to the Liberty Signa wall, so there was no time spent on the balcony which we usually enjoy at the end of a day. We were also facing deliveries so we’re woken up a few times to banging. Reception did try and find us another room but the room they showed us was tiny compared to us and the view wasn’t that much better so we stayed put. So my tip here is make sure you upgrade by emailing the hotel before you arrive. Our room was restocked daily with drinks and snacks which was great but cleaning was hit and miss. Our bathroom in particular was definitely not cleaned every day as by the end of the week a lot of dust had collected on toilet brush, tiles etc. I am not sure the floors were mopped either. Food here was definitely a higher standard than any other AI we have been. We also dined in the Italian, Asian and Grill restaurants. I have to say these were definitely worth paying for. The Asian was our favourite and the staff in here was brilliant. I can’t remember their names but they went out their way to ensure our meal was memorable and were lovely with our son. The patara restaurant for lunch was great as you got table service. We are here most days. The main buffet was always busy when we went. Drinks were great here, although some cocktails were hit and miss. I had a daiquiri by the pool one day which was horrible but then has another later in the day and it was lovely. Sunbeds - plenty don’t worry. Pools were all great. Slides good too but I do think they would benefit from a splash area like the signs. Beach was lovely and we booked a boat trip here via the water sports desk (I’m between Fabay and Signa) it was well worth it and we went to some amazing bays to swim. Entertainment was by far better here than anywhere else we have been. There’s a lot on and you can tell the hotel go to a lot of trouble to ensure it’s good. One of the best part of this holiday for us was the kids club. My son who is 4 loved spending time here. We never left him so when we were there could see how well looked after the kids were. All the staff here were amazing and so friendly and put on some great activities and shows for the kids! Our son loved the Kung Fu Panda show. Staff on the whole were always friendly. Service was good but could be better at times. There was a few days at the pool where we would rarely have anyone come round and ask for a drink order, despite always generously tipping. Not the end of the world but just irritating. There was always a nice atmosphere in the hotel. And I think they have the perfect balance between chill and entertainment. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends.
