Fantastic hotel, the staff really make this place, all so polite and friendly. Stayed in a room in the hotel which was fine, had everything you needed. The food options and quality are brilliant, with the added bonus of coffee shop and bakery. All the bar staff amazing and will make you anything you ask for, the waiters on roller boots and top notch a great new addition. Such a busy hotel in the school holidays, but they have got service and facilities down to a T. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday,

“Great place, happy atmosphere and very clean”

The place is really beautiful, slightly tired but the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent and plenty of it. The rooms were very comfortable and were cleaned every day. We made several trips into both Marmaris and Icmeler, both interesting to visit as long as you know how to drive a bargain! My only complaint would be that, when it comes to meal times, people are allowed to smoke at their tables when they want to. I find that really selfish, if people like to smoke, please could they have a smoking area for diners who wish to do that? Apart from that, we loved it. So much to do and plenty for young children to enjoy. Air on throughout the buildings was a pure delight, especially when it was 41 degrees outside!

Just home from a week here and wanted to write a review while it was all fresh in my mind. Hotel. Room… we had a family room which worked really well as was two areas split by the bathroom so almost two bedrooms ish. We were located at the back in the villas near to reception and I felt the rooms were a little tired for example marked grout , rust in hinges, peeling pain but nothing super majorly bad. The maid service was spot on and she was super helpful. The fridge was stocked daily with fizzy drinks, water and cans of beer with was a lovely touch. Loads of extras like mini razors, soaps, slippers, shower caps, shoe shining equipment and lots more. Fresh towels most days and no complaints. Location… quite a walk to anywhere for shops but literally on its own private beach. The beach is man made and shingle plus defo not a beach for kids. No sandcastles as it was too solid (not a golden sandy beach). If you want a paddle beach this defo isn’t the one for you as there is a wall with steps into around 5ft deep water. More like a swimming pool set up. But that said beautiful clear sea and very calm so our kids felt very safe and they loved the added bonus of swimming out to the plastic jetty that’s anchored out there. There was also a large wooden jetty with loungers and brollies on if you didn’t want to go on the shingle. No issues with sun beds and brollies as lots available and always some free at any time of the day. Waiter came round a few times with cold drinks too and there was a small beach bar serving beer, fizzy drinks, water and slush. Water sports on the beach to hire too. Pool areas…kids pool only a few sunbeds and very shaded by trees. But shallow pool next to the kids club. Second pool we didn’t use but looked busy. The main pool you needed to be at the gate at 8am to get a sunbed which was a little annoying otherwise no available sunbeds. It was very busy and loud tbh and not at all my idea of relaxing but people seemed to enjoy it. Had lots going on , water polo, music, aerobics and lots more. I also love the sun and due to loads of trees very shaded so I preferred the beach. But we did sit there after the beach some days for the kids to play in pool. Just very loud, manic and shaded. Food…beautiful restaurant area with loads of seating. Can’t complain at all about the food it was as expected in all inclusive. Bbq outside too and two fully stocked areas for food. We did get fed up with it and eat out twice but that’s just preference I think. We didn’t eat at any of the À la carte places as we have kids and didn’t think they would want to. There’s the best ever coffee shop run by the most lovely girl that my daughter thought was amazing and she took the time to chat to her. Iced lattes a huge hit with us and they did the most gorgeous selection of coffees etc. There is also a bakery which was a lovely touch along with ice cream places all which are a lovely idea, The snack bar at lunch we liked better than main restaurant and they did burgers, hot dogs, kebabs, pizza and chips so we ate there a few times rather than go to main restaurant. Entertainment …fantastic and a great variety of outside acts coming in , we watched three and all were really good. Kids disco good too. The setting was a little warm as outside in like an amphitheatre but was quite a good idea and had lots of seating, Staff … all lovely and super helpful especially coffee shop. Other things …..taxi around 800 lira to Marmaris market which is a fantastic but hot place to go for all your bargains! Get haggling. Another recommendation would be a restaurant in Icmeler called the Waterfall Restaurant especially if you have kids, they have rabbits and tortoise to feed with carrots and a beautiful waterfall with fish in, plus the food was absolutely outstanding ! Defo worth visiting. All in all a beautiful hotel, in an idyllic setting, and no major complaints. Hope that helps as I’ve tried to be a detailed and truthful as possible, x
