This hotel has truly become like a second home to me. From the moment you arrive, everyone is so friendly and welcoming—they really go out of their way to make your stay feel special. The food is amazing, with something for everyone. Even as a very picky eater, I always found plenty to enjoy, which says a lot! The staff consistently make sure everything is clean and tidy, and the level of service is second to none. There’s always something to do, even when the weather isn’t great, so you’re never bored. A special mention has to go to Murat—his energy is brilliant! My husband Michael absolutely loved playing boccia and darts with him. He really knows how to get everyone involved and having a great time. I also have to mention the bar staff, Emir and Ozzy, who were amazing. They even remembered us from over a year ago, which made our stay feel even more personal and special. We’ve made such wonderful memories here and can’t wait to come back again.

The hotel is approximately 1.5 hours from Dalaman Airport. The setting is attractive, with extensive greenery throughout the grounds. Positives: The property has one outdoor pool and one indoor heated pool for adults, as well as a heated family pool in the spa area. The dining area offers a good variety of food; however, the menu is largely repeated daily, with only a few dishes changing. Areas for improvement: Based on my experience, the all-inclusive drinks offering was below expectations. The included alcohol and house wine were limited in quality and selection, and the cocktails were very sweet and lacked flavour. In addition, several standard spirits were not included, even under the ultra all-inclusive package. Securing reservations at the à la carte restaurants was also difficult; availability was consistently reported as full, even when requesting a booking five days in advance. In April, only two à la carte options were available (Italian and Turkish). With regard to entertainment, activities such as beach yoga, Pilates, archery, shooting, and pool activities were not available in April and May (this is what we were advised; I cannot comment on other months). The outdoor entertainment area is uncovered, so in rainy or windy weather, scheduled entertainment may be cancelled. Reception staffing was limited in English-language support, and the information provided was sometimes incomplete or inconsistent. Additionally, when two guests share a room, only one key may be issued initially due to limited availability; we had to request a second key. Guest Relations staff were polite and made efforts to resolve issues where possible. The outdoor coffee shop served good-quality coffee and offered a good range of options. Cleanliness was generally well maintained in both the outdoor areas and the guest rooms. As we stayed in Block B (a separate building), we did not experience any noise issues. I cannot comment on noise levels in the main building or the villas. Overall, I did not feel the stay represented good value for money. I have paid a similar amount at other all-inclusive properties and had a better experience. I previously stayed at Grand Yazici Mares and had a very positive experience, which is why I chose to try this property. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I do not plan to return.

Second time visiting at this time of year. Hotel does feel like it’s struggling, and not just with the weather. Today: main pool closed, relax pool closed, sauna closed, steam room closed, lemon cafe closed, bubble tea closed, Ice cream closed, Italian closed, jetty access closed. No evening show. … more

Second time visiting at this time of year. Hotel does feel like it’s struggling, and not just with the weather. Today: main pool closed, relax pool closed, sauna closed, steam room closed, lemon cafe closed, bubble tea closed, Ice cream closed, Italian closed, jetty access closed. No evening show. No space at the one remaining à la carte all week. I get it’s early in the season- but the weather isn’t that bad today, but very many of the advertised services are closed. Loved it before- but it feels a bit broken now.
