This hotel is a 4* plus and it deserves that from the amazing hotel it is. I wrote a detailed review of this hotel on my last visit May 2025 and I reiterate everything I said back then. This was our 3rd visit and it didn’t disappoint. I struggle with pain that affects my mobility and so on the first two occasions we were allocated rooms up in the bungalow area. This was up slopes and steps and I struggled with so much pain but there was no room in the main hotel at the time to move to. So the second time I called the hotel in advance to request a room in the main hotel block. However on arrival that phone message had not been passed through and so again we were in the bungalows and I was so upset as I knew I would have to rely on a lot of pain medication to get me through my holiday, it did not spoil my holiday just made me physically uncomfortable. So this time I emailed the hotel a couple of weeks before and my Travel agent also emailed them putting our request for a room in the main hotel block. The hotel responded and they went above and beyond with the room they gave us. It was a perfect location for me and I was so happy, they even left us a fruit platter and wine to welcome us back. The room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff work so hard, everywhere is spotless. Usually the pool toilets can be a bit hit and miss in other hotels but these were cleaned regularly. The food was again varied and tasty. Sometimes the food could be warm and not hot but when you’ve got a large amount of people opening and closing ( or not closing by some) the lids you’re going to lose the heat on the food. This is no fault of the hotel as you can actively see the chef’s walking around the food hall topping food up checking on food temperature, tidying, closing lids and cleaning away. The waiting staff are impeccable, they work so hard day in day out. We were looked after by a waiter called Dogan Cam last year and he looked after us again this year he was amazing very attentive very friendly and I never saw him stop moving. Please tip these hard working individuals even a £2-£5 here or there or at the end of your week as they earn every single penny they get. We ate out at the snack bars a lot this year for lunch mainly the Turkish and Italian as they were the only two open at this time of year and that was lovely, a nice change from the buffet. When it came to evening drinks we used to start at the pool bar. There were patio heaters and at this time of year were needed in the evening. We would then go to the Grand piano bar which was simply amazing (adult only). The ambience felt very luxurious and your rum and Coke or whiskey and lemonade were served in crystal glasses. The bar staff were amazing, I didn’t get the name of the young lady that served us each evening but she had dark hair styled in a short sharp bob. She was brilliant and remembered what we drank every evening, even though sometimes I switched it up, her colleague was equally as amazing so to them thank you! We went on the Grand Yazici boat trip to the islands and Turunc a shopping/fishing port. It was £18 per adult and worth every penny 10 am till 5:30 pm. Five stops to swim, beautiful scenery and then lunch. You could go shopping at Turunc or have a water front drink in the beautiful Turkish sunshine. It was such a beautiful day and the staff were so friendly and made you feel looked after. I used the hairdresser this time round and had a wash dry and straightened and it was done to perfection better than my own hairdresser does back home. I hadn’t gone planning to have my eyebrows Microblading although I do have them done back Home. They were due a top up over a year ago but just not got round to getting them done at home, It cost around £250 in the Uk. I paid £110 there and I am so happy with the result. We were a bit concerned as there had been a lot of talk of the sickness bug going around in the weeks leading up to our visit. We were both fine but I always take hand sanitiser in my pocket everywhere I go. You have everyone using the utensils to dish their food up so when using your hands to eat some food such as bread rolls you risk contamination from those who don’t look after their hygiene. I often see people going to the toilet and leaving without washing their hands if they are then using the utensils the likelihood of you getting sick increases. I might seem like an OCD clean freak with my hand sanitiser but it kept me free from sickness. Please be aware of your own hygiene habits wherever you go as not everyone has a strong immune system. I’m on immuno suppressant medication so Im extra careful. I am returning again to this beautiful hotel in October with my daughter and cannot wait to be back in a place that I never thought would become so close to my heart. I’ve said previously in all my years of travelling I have never stayed somewhere more than once, so to be coming back for the fourth time in October shows how amazing this hotel is. We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference to the overall experience. The drinks were all well-known brands, and the food was ok, but the fresh salads, delicious. Even though we were traveling out of season, the entertainment was still good. We loved the white party. A special mention has to go to the yoga teacher who was absolutely amazing, so kind, caring, and genuinely attentive. She deserves 5 stars on her own! Overall, a great hotel that we’d happily return to.
