We came for a week of sun and relaxation. We are just finishing off what has been a delightful break, lovely staff, good food, great weather....apart from a few hrs of thundery rain! The hospitality was always top notch although I do doubt the 5 star rating.....the hotel was a little tired in places but only if you looked for them. Please do go down to the pier, meet Mert, great guy! Take bread with you to feed and relax with the 🐠. We've loved this place and can't wait to return. Until the next time, thank you Paloma Pasha 💙

“Absolutely outstanding”

Absolutely outstanding resort, from the moment we arrived which was 2am in the morning- reception were waiting for us, with lovely sandwiches and cold drinks-lovely touch. Absolutely outstanding resort, from the moment we arrived which was 2am in the morning- reception were waiting for us, with lovely sandwiches and cold drinks-lovely touch. They also asked us if we'd like to sit at the bar for a drink as it's opened 24 hours. Not sure where to start... the food selection and quality was second to none, amazing choice of good quality, tasty food. The customer service was probably the best we've ever experienced, nothing was too much trouble. Our fridge was filled to the brim each morning without having to ask. The rooms were immaculate, modern and very pleasant. The customer relations team were outstanding, a special mention to Sousou, you made our family holiday even more enjoyable, thank you for professionalism and wonderful work ethic. All in all we give the resort a 10/10, other hotels and resorts could do well to take a look at Poloma Pashas ethos and business model, it's a winner! Thank you for a fabulous holiday. “Amazing hotel”

We had an amazing 10 nights at Paloma pasha. Food is amazing and entertainment on every night. Sport chief Samet was great with the aqua gym

Paloma Pasha is a beautiful hotel, we come for a family wedding so there was a big group of us which also made the atmosphere of our week! My first impression was wow! Paloma Pasha is a beautiful hotel, we come for a family wedding so there was a big group of us which also made the atmosphere of our week! My first impression was wow! The views from the roof top bar looking down at the hotel located on the beach was just beautiful, we were welcomed with a fruit platter for the children as we had missed dinner as we arrived at about 9pm, we headed to our rooms which were immaculate condition, located at the back of the hotel with a pool view & we could see the beach also! The room was a big room with a balcony, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning looking at the views which started our morning off nicely before we head to breakfast! I would say the food we didn't love but we are fussy eaters so maybe that didn't help! There are restaurants that you can go to if you book, we went to the Chinese restaurant which was lovely although you can't pick what you have they just bring food out to your table however the dishes were lovely, the restaurants are easy to book onto. The location of the hotel is a bit out in the sticks, we took a walk into their town area which was quite run down but you can walk along the beach to get to the town which was a lovely walk especially when taking the baby for a walk in the pram to get him to sleep! 10/10 value for money !!!!! I would say a downside for us was the kids entertainment, the area where they do the kids entertainment was slightly run down compared to the rest of the hotel, they put on a mini kids disco but the reps were just stood there dancing on the spot instead of actually entertaining the kids, we as a family enjoy the entertainment and would go every night but we only went to the kids entertainment one evening. The entertainment at the hotel overall wasn't great and found it a bit boring however the workers i definitely cannot fault them!
