“Great Hotel with high standards”

This was our second visit to Paloma Pasha and the hotel is brilliant. Accommodation was top notch for the price. The room was cleaned daily and the free minibar was filled daily. We had one issue with our room which was sorted within minutes. Cleanliness was exceptional everywhere where we went on our 2 week break. Food We enjoyed the choice and quality of the food which was largely delicious Turkish cuisine, however other tastes were catered for. There was pasta and bolognaise, pizza, fries. The pool Great pool and 1.4m deep and well looked after. We had a swim up room which was very good. My big surprise was the almost total lack of towels placed on lounges to ‘save’ them Private Beach Sandy with shallow water, the beach was clean and smoothed every evening. Again plenty of loungers with umbrellas and drinks available close by. Atmosphere Laid back relaxed and luxurious for us. If you wanted more buzz that was available too with nightly shows, far enough away so as to not be disturbed by the noise. Location At the top end of a small town/village and as such not much for the tourist going on. However a walk along the seafront promenade with all the expected restaurants and shops is quite pleasant. There is one highlight in our view and that is the Saturday market, which is largely a local affair and rammed with fresh fruit and salad stalls along with oils, spices, fresh flatbreads. Staff The staff were attentive and friendly and a credit to the hotel management. We had particular interactions with: Nurettin - restaurant team leader who would welcome us every time Yigit - cleaner who was always so busy Seval - Curio and Quentin was particularly attentive to us Hezel & Buse- At the bar were always able to remember our drinks Efe - bar who liked to serve Efe beer and Efe Raki, a very amusing person Osman - bar - always attentive Yigit - the waiter Elizabeth & Chris - mornings and evenings inside restaurant, they were very helpful and always smiling Muhiddin - morning inside joker who kept forgetting what drinks we wanted but had a great sense of humour Y. Emre - Quentin manager who was very helpful with our dietary needs A special thank you to the guest services and the new guy who’s name I forget (Berek?) who spent time talking to us about our hotel experience and stuff.

It's our last night & so far it's been a fantastic holiday , the staff are so attentive, professional & friendly, special mention to the animation team (Osman, Barratt & Omer) they are awesome, as an example on Osmans day off he accompanied us to the shops & insisted that he carry our bags, for 2 hours, fantastic guy!!
