My child loved the various activities, from the ice cream party to the creative workshops; he was never bored. We were able to enjoy our free time with complete peace of mind, knowing they were in good hands. Dilara is incredibly attentive, and the facilities are perfectly suited to their needs. An exceptional experience that we highly recommend!

Love love love this hotel! Great location, great food, lovely staff. Nothing is a problem, Veronica in guest relations is fantastic and goes out of her way to ensure all needs are met. We have been here many times and just booked again for September. Rooms are always clean and well kept and food choices are great, always something for everybody. Hotel is in a great location, right on the beach front and near all of the amenities should you want to leave the hotel!☺️

I am a well travelled person who has visited many countries and hotels etc. my daughter and I booked this hotel just 2 weeks prior to departure as a last minute getaway so the cost was incredible for the quality and service of this hotel. We have stayed in 5 star all inclusive over in Antalya and found these hotels large although they are very nice I noticed they are lacking on the personal touch and details, they can also be overwhelming due to the size. At the Belcekiz Beach we were impressed with the following details The quality of the food. The food tasted so good and was seasoned well. Sometimes at other all inclusive the food can be bland. Not here we had curries, Mexican fajitas, roast dinners, Sushi also many Turkish options which was very nice. Deserts were lovely too. The food at the snack bar by the pool was also very nice. We tried the night snacks and had lovely soup and cheese Toasties. Drinks were very nice. Lovely selection of different teas. The bar served ice latte. The Plaza Bar was incredible overlooking the sea and where the paragliders land. This bar had a lovely atmosphere in the evening and had some live music and also DJ playing great music. The service of the staff was incredible. They remembered our names and would always find us a seat in the main restaurant. We spent time at the pool and the staff served us drinks to our loungers. This was consistently good. The hotel had beautiful gardens and areas to sit with comfy sofa style seats. The location of the hotel is brilliant easy to walk around. The main strip of restaurants and shops is a few minutes away We stayed in a standard room this was very nice and clean. My daughter and I hardly spent anytime in there as we enjoyed the other areas of the hotel. The entertainment team were really very nice sadly we didn’t join in with much as we had come to relax however on the evenings they would always talk to us and ask how we were. We had such a lovely stay it was probably the best holiday we had in years. This was due to the fact we got into it straight away good vibes only here. The other guests were so friendly too and were talking to each other. I can see why there are so many repeat guests here. Well done and thank you. I can see the staff are well trained and quality is key to such a great experience. This is the best hotel in Olu Deniz.

We had a lovely holiday overall and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, the facilities were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention must go to Dalara in the Kids Club, who was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to make our daughter Katie, have an extra special holiday and her kindness,fun and care made a huge difference to our experience. Katie looked forward to seeing her every day and she created wonderful memories for her. The only disappointment was the location of the accommodation. We were placed in a separate building across the road from the main hotel, which we were not informed about when booking with Tui or is mentioned on their website. While the room itself was clean and spacious, being away from the main hotel facilities was inconvenient, especially with a young child. Despite the location of the room, we still had a great holiday and would like to thank the staff, particularly Dalara, for helping make our stay so enjoyable.We hope to come back soon!
