“Amazing family holiday”

We have had an amazing family holiday at Garcia! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the entertainment staff Bulut and Diyar are absolutely brilliant with the children. They have made their experience so much fun. We also appreciate they aren’t pushy with adults. Memet in the spa is so helpful and again not pushy! All of the adults in our group had the The Full Body Bali Massage and it was incredible, so relaxing and the lovely ladies are very good at their jobs. The food is very tastey and varied. We have seen some negative comments about the food but you need to be willing to try the dishes as there is a lot on offer and it’s cooked well. The salad bar has a lot to offer too! Most Turkish hotels I’ve stayed in have had the same desserts each night but this one has lots of different ones to try. We ate at the à la carte restaurant one night and all the adults thoroughly enjoyed the food. So tasty and great service. However I don’t recommend taking fussy kids who live off chips and chicken nuggets on holiday. Ibrohim, the manager, puts so much effort into making the hotel a fun and enjoyable place to stay. He is approachable and will go above and beyond to help you with anything! He helped us celebrate our son’s birthday by providing a cake and getting everyone to sing to him during the evening entertainment. He was checking on us and other guests throughout the week to make sure we were okay. The evening entertainment was also varied and fun! The restaurant, pool area and general community spaces were clean. The spa has recently been refurbished and it’s lovely!! Our room was slightly run down but I can see how much everyone is actively trying to improve the quality of the hotel. This won’t happen over night ! The pool bar is great and the staff are always nice. However the man who works on the bar upstairs is very good at his job and makes very nice cocktails ! It’s great being able to see the cable cars and paragliders from the hotel too and would 100% recommend going up on the cable cars around sunset! Such a great experience.

“Great place”

Diyar and bulut and the manager was amazing very friendly and couldn’t ask for better people Any problem they sorted it.. met some amazing people. Rooms are ok food ok but can always find something.

Wow. What an amazing place! Big shout out to diyar and bulut and manger in ibrhim. They made our experience amazing. The view is fantastic. Food is nice pool area is a great vibe.

We have just returned from our summer holiday and we have had a fantastic time. So much to do. Excursions are cheap and easy to book through the hotel manager with extra discounts. The hotel itself needs some attention as the exterior and some of the interior is tired and damaged but apart from that the hotel is clean and the staff cannot do enough for you. The food was amazing with a wide variety every day with choices from the restaurant and pool side bar including a night time soup served between 11 and midnight. The pool areas are clean and well maintained. Entertainment was fun with a pool party including foam party for everyone to get involved in. Daily activities for all in the pool including a pool with a slide. The hotel is situated in the hills between Olu Deniz and Hisarönü. Taxis are around £5/6 for either journey with loads of shops and bars. The nightlife in Hisaronu is on another level and the people are very friendly. The cable car trip up the mountain is a must but sunset is busiest and can be a long wait to get down after. Safari jeep trip with water fights is so much fun and can be booked with pick up from the hotel. The spa is my favourite part of the hotel. Well maintained with a wide range of treatments offered including hammam. The therapists are very well trained in offering fantastic massage services. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Air conditioning works extremely well which is needed in August. Bathrooms need some attention due to lack of ventilation Some money needs to be spent on the exterior and some interior areas and the 5 star rating would be justified.
