“Food”

Really wasnt happy with the food quality and temperature nothing was really warm and have come home sick from eating in restaurant on last day I can only put it down to the chocolate cake as that's all I ate also another person was ill after eating it

We had an amazing stay at Nicholas park. The hotel is lovely and the food and drinks were great. Incredible views and so close to the strip with bars and restaurants. Also great value for an all inclusive stay. Staff were really friendly and Guliz and Seda were really nice on the front desk. I have taken one star because we requested a twin room before we arrived and was shown to a double on arrival. It was really late and frustrating having to move. The next day we were put in a sea view twin as requested. The room was lovely and views were great. There was a weird smell sometimes but we really enjoyed our stay. Cleaners were also super friendly.

We’ve just returned from our first stay at Nicholas Park Hotel, where we spent a week with friends. We had two rooms—a family suite and a double. Both were spacious, but the décor is a little dated, particularly the wallpaper, which is starting to show its age. The furniture (especially wardrobes) is also a bit worn, although everything is still perfectly functional. The bathrooms have showers, but one thing to be aware of is that the water temperature in both rooms fluctuated between very hot and cold. This isn’t ideal, particularly in the family suite if you have children, as the water can get hot enough to scald. We reported it, and to be fair, the hotel responded quickly and tried to fix it, but the issue continued throughout our stay. Rooms come with a fridge, kettle, and hairdryer. The fridge is refilled daily with water. You’re also given towel cards for the sun loungers, which you can exchange daily if needed. Food was a highlight—plenty of it, with a good selection and solid quality available throughout the day. The pool snack bar was great, serving really tasty burgers, proper chicken burgers, chips, onion rings, and freshly made pizzas with your choice of toppings. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The location is also a big plus—quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk down into Hisarönü for shops and bars. The walk back is uphill though, so if mobility is an issue, taxis are readily available (around 250 lira). There’s a spa, hairdresser, and shop on site. The spa was fantastic and something I’d highly recommend. We didn’t use the hairdressers, but they offer a wide range of services. The on-site shop, however, is very expensive—we paid £18 for three bags of crisps and a Toblerone! After that, we shopped in town for much better prices. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return. That said, the hotel would really benefit from investing in updating the rooms, pool bar, and reception area. Despite feeling a bit dated, everything was clean and well maintained

“Fabulous holiday”

Amazing people and the anke spa is incredible, everyone was very friendly and went out of there way to help with anything, clean rooms and hotel, lots of excursions available, 3 pools to choose from all clean, the food menu could do with a bit more variety but everything else is fabulous, large hill to next village which was amazing but not the friendly of have walking difficulties but the local busses are great and taxis are fairly priced , Highly recommend a treatment package in the Turkish Anke spa and the main man himself whose name I cannot remember was amazing, such a lovely person and very helpful, full of information about things to do so worth a chat with him.
