We came last year to this hotel & really enjoyed it. Booked again this year with a basic double room & was upgraded to a sea view room which was lovely but unfortunately for us had a connecting door, which for a family would of worked really well, there was a young family staying in the other room and we felt we would disturb them as we would be coming in late at night. Spoke to reception in the morning and they moved us next day, Gùlin (guest relations) and Seda (main reception) went out theirway to keep us informed. They said don't come back to reception enjoy your holiday, we will find you which Gùlin did. We offered to pay for another room but they they spoke to the hotel manager & we where relocated the next day to a more suitable room. Excellent customer service which we really appreciated. If your thinking about booking this hotel do it, its in a great location with great food, and lovely staff!

“Great value”

Perfect location. Rooms where clean. Plenty of sun beds available. The food was buffet style, with plenty of choice even for the fussiest eater. Staff where all amazing. The hotel could be fantastic and the bar staff especially Yasar was very attentive. The down sides that take the shine off the holiday was the food in the restaurant was often cold and it was noted the butter was out of date and gone mouldy. Salad and other cold foods were often left uncovered for flys to land on. The hotel offers WIFI but this is not a good standard and only works in restaurant. There is WIFI availability thoughout the hotel but this is chargable which I thought was a bit of a con. There is no shuttle bus offered to the beach which is quiet a distance away and would be expensive in a taxi. The strip and cable cars are in walking distance but for the cable cars you have to cross a dual carriage way so might be safer getting taxi. Approximately 250 to 300 litra £5. Cable cars very good value for money Approximately £13 be well worth going on. The entertainment was also very basic and not all that good. In summery would not stop again. The hotel seem like they penny pinch on every aspect of the food and drinks offered.
