I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the entertainment team did a great job creating a fun and enjoyable experience. Overall, everything was well organized, and I would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We were really looking forward to this holiday, but unfortunately the hotel was a huge disappointment. In my opinion, this is not a 4-star hotel. We paid for an all-inclusive package, but the food was of such poor quality that we barely used it, apart from eating bread on most occasions. Having to pay extra for Wi-Fi also came as a surprise, especially for a hotel claiming to be 4-star. We were travelling with two young children, including a baby, and were disappointed that the bar staff refused to provide us with a bottle of milk to keep in our room for night feeds. We ended up going out to buy milk ourselves every day. While this wasn’t the end of the world, we’ve travelled to many countries and hotels before and have never had a problem when making such a simple request for a baby. I also misplaced my room key card and was immediately told I would be charged £10 if it wasn’t returned. Thankfully I found it, but it added to the feeling that the hotel is very focused on charging guests for everything. Whether it’s Wi-Fi, beach facilities or other essentials, there always seemed to be an extra cost. The overall cleanliness of the hotel also wasn’t to the standard we expected from a 4-star resort. The positives were definitely the pool bar staff, who were friendly and hardworking, the spa team who were lovely, and the entertainment host, who always greeted guests with a smile, took the time to chat, and genuinely asked how our stay was going. They were a real credit to the hotel. Sadly, what was meant to be a holiday we’d been looking forward to for a long time didn’t live up to expectations because of the hotel’s standards and service.

The location of this resort is 5* with it being just a 3 minute walk at most to the Beach, they have an area there roped off with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for guests to use free of charge, The sea is crystal clear and generally a good temperature we were even in it at 8 o'clock at night and it was pleasant. As others have said the breakers can come in quite strong and there is a quick drop off in depth. Im 6ft and couldn't stand within half a dozen paces. The resort itself could do with a little TLC, while the staff are very quick at tidying away and keeping things clean and tidy the building work itself could do with some touching up. The room is pretty basic. 4 of us in our room a double and a bunk bed which wasnt put together particularly well. We moved the mattress from the top to the floor and there were nails sticking out of the slats and puncturing the mattress and some slats weren't even held down. We were in a room in the low 400's which was at the side wall of the resort and unfortunately backed onto the road with bars along. This resulted in being able to hear traffic and the evening entertainment very clearly past midnight on some nights as the windows have no sound proofing. The room was cleaned daily and beds and towels sorted. However the mini fridge was not stocked once during our stay when it said would be done daily. All of the above things didnt really break the holiday as they were things we could cope with. The one major downside to this resort was the food. The menu was the exact same products every night. Most of the "child" friendly food eg chips,nuggets,chicken in batter and onion rings were cold at best most of rhe time and sometimes so cold I wasnt convinced they hadn't just been moved as left overs from the bar kitchen and placed in the main hall to get rid of them. After about day 3 all 4 of us were only eating for the sake of eating. We had one meal out as thats what we planned to but when your all inclusive you dont plan to eat out every night because your food should be edible, if we could of we would of eaten out. Which brings me onto the bar area food. Again the nuggets and onion rings were generally always cold and the worse part is VEGARTARIANS/VEGANS BEWARE I eat meat and so when I went up I asked for a burger. These are all cooked prior to opening and then warmed back up on the hot plate, however before being placed on the hot plate you witness the cook dip the burger in the vat with the cooking fries to get some oil on it and then placed on the hot plate, in so doing this it contaminates all the fries meaning there are not vegetarian friendly. All in all we did enjoy the holiday but there were aspects that certainly brought it down for us. At best id rate this hotel just about 3*

Shopping strip and restaurant comes alive at night when temperature cools Pool was great, kids had fun, beach with sunbeds, strong breakers to enter so if not a strong swimmer I suggest a floatation device Great activities around Now the actual hotel amenities, rooms basic, cleaned daily but air con is terrible and drinks not re stocked as advertised . The food was awful, we couldn't face eating there after two days, surviving on bread as we didn't plan to be having to eat out. Food was cold as cooked well before opening times, everything had kofta in some form and Everything was cooked in the same oil, meat and chips If it wasn't for the location this hotel would stretch to be a 3 star
