We had a wonderful stay and would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire hotel team. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We would especially like to thank Mr. Cihan and the team at Holiday Pool Bar Snack. The food was consistently delicious, with an impressive variety of dishes. A special thank you also goes to the lady who prepares the gözleme (unfortunately, we forgot her name). Her gözleme was amazing, and her kindness and care towards the guests made us feel truly welcome. We would also like to express our appreciation to Sous Chef Serkan. Throughout our stay, he was always friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Thanks to his recommendation, we tried Karadeniz Ekmeği, which was absolutely delicious. What impressed us most was his attention to detail. One evening there was no baklava available at dinner, and after noticing how much we enjoyed Turkish sweets, he kindly brought us a plate of baklava as a special treat. Such thoughtful gestures are truly priceless and reflect exceptional hospitality. We would also like to thank Mehmet Bey and the entertainment team for their friendliness, positive energy, and welcoming attitude. They helped create a warm and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay and were always approachable and helpful. It is the people who make a hotel truly special, and this team does exactly that. “Ultimately not for me”

Just returned from 10 days here. We were really looking forward to our stay because of all the great reviews. The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean. Just returned from 10 days here. We were really looking forward to our stay because of all the great reviews. The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean. Food is also good with a wide choice at every meal except maybe for the lack of variety of fruit. Pool areas are clean and generally well maintained. Staff were pleasant and most spoke some English. The entertainment was a bit hit and miss with some good shows mixed with bingo and karaoke. There are a lot of steps so if you have mobility issues I would not recommend. Our daughter and son in law took our granddaughter to the water park twice and loved it. Now the downside. Before I get into this let me say I grew up on a council estate and lived in a fairly rough area as a youngster. I believe in live and let live and don't think I could be called snobby ,but the behaviour of a few guests was ludicrous. Two couples in particular ,always worse for drink and using filthy language at the top of their voices around the small, kids pool and around the place generally. They weren't the only ones but definitely the worst. Eventually, after complaints by other guests they were given a warning and one guy had his all inclusive band removed and they calmed down. On another occasion, after a long day out ,my wife and I were sitting on the balcony at 11.25 pm when our son in law ,who had returned to his room next door purely by chance, told us a drunken man was trying to get into our room. This man was so drunk he'd got his room number mixed up with ours and a member of staff was about to let him into our room. After 15 minutes of him shouting, swearing and wanting to fight ,disturbing everyone else on our corridor, he was hustled away by a friend of his. My wife ended up having a panic attack for the first time in her life. The whole incident was so unpleasant. We complained to the night manager immediately and to guest relations next morning. We never actually found out what, if any, action was taken against this guest. The point I made over and over was that the bar staff, waiters ,pool staff etc should be reporting disruptive behaviour as soon as it happens, not waiting until other guests complain or a nasty incident actually happens. This is advertised as a family hotel but how much longer will families want to stay here if a small minority are allowed to spoil it for the majority. Never again for us.
