“Really enjoyable 10.day stay”

Me and my family enjoyed a 10 day stay here and made some amazing memories. The staff at the hotel are incredible. Me and my family enjoyed a 10 day stay here and made some amazing memories. The staff at the hotel are incredible. Frank, Sky and Baki were all incredibly friendly and helpful (and Pikachu!) we had a swim up room and loved having the pool right outside our door. Positives: Staff Beautiful grounds and views Rooms were cleaned everyday Pools are clean Quiet during the day Snack Bar is great Turkish bath and spa staff Excursions were amazing and easy to book through Frank Negatives: Restaurant other side of hotel playing music extremely loudly until after midnight. Food was hit and miss Flies in the restaurant (not sure what can be done about that) Quite a few areas smelled like damp and we had mould in our wardrobe (manager moved us rooms) When having a massage in the spa, people checking out of the hotel using the shower making lots of noise which ruined the experience Overall we really enjoyed our stay, if we were to come again I think we would use the two bed bungalows as swim up rooms not really big enough for 4 people. Had an amazing time here, don't let the bad reviews put you off.

“Pay extra and stay in the town”

Location not good in the middle of the sticks. The pool bar is nice and the manager Tony is amazing. With kids and adults, The Spa is lovely and Sky is so polite and welcoming. The reception staff could be more welcoming and accommodating. The pool is ok not heated. The resort is clean and grounds kept lovely. The hotel is located next to a new events venue, restaurant which plays very loud music till 12pm most nights. The cockral also wakes you up every morning at 4am. The drinks are nice, food is mediocre but can always find something. Rooms are dated and small. Beds are rock hard Due to the location a taxi is needed to get around as no Buses. Frank who books excursions is very nice and cheaper than jet2 easy jet ect. We wouldn’t go back but enjoyed our stay as best we could. The hair dressers on site is cheap but they done my daughters hair braids which we had to take out after 3 days, and we had our nails done and tbh my toe nails look like a child done them and they over charged me!

We travelled as a group of four women and have been fortunate enough to stay in hotels all over the world, but what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Onur and his team are the heart of this hotel and are the reason it feels so special. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcomed, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. Onur is always visible, approachable, and available whenever needed, and his dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in everything he does. The level of personal service we received was outstanding and made our stay memorable from start to finish. We also visited the spa for Turkish baths and massages, and once again the service was excellent. The staff were professional, attentive, and helped create a wonderfully relaxing experience. We stayed in a two-bedroom swim-up villa, which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While the décor is slightly dated in places, the villa was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The hotel grounds are beautiful, well-kept, and pleasant to walk around. The location is a short taxi ride from local towns, with taxis being inexpensive and easy to arrange via reception at the touch of a button. There isn’t much within walking distance of the hotel itself, but this wasn’t an issue for us given how convenient and affordable the taxis were. Overall, while the facilities and accommodation were very good, it is the people who make this hotel exceptional. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by Onur and his team turned what would have been a nice holiday into a truly memorable one. We will be returning and can't wait to see you all again!
