Very good hotel and team - exceeded expectations, food in main restaurant was very good with plenty of options- food in Mediterranean restaurant was disappointing (food was cooked without much love) and service not much better… staff were incredible and the spa was outstanding (special thanks to Robert for organising and Susi the masseur ) Having been the hospitality industry for over 40 years would highly recommend, hotel and grounds were clean and well serviced… My only point to the management is bathroom in room 1018 was starting to look tired and it would be a shame if you don’t update this winter… Otherwise good job all

“Great staff, great food, genuinly faultless holiday; but don't buy tat from the shops next to the amphitheatre!”

This is our 5th consecutive holiday at HV Turkey, and again it's served up a lovely 2 week break. The changes of moving the Late Bar to the Beachside Bar was a good one. The food is excellent, anyone who says otherwise can only be complaining about chicken nuggets. The place is cleaned to death, they have got recycling under control, however one does worry about where all the food that is not eaten goes (hopefully not just in the bin!) The local staff are amazing, extremely helpful and friendly. Mehmet at reception, Erdeniz & Emirulah in the restaurant Efe, Emerian, Hussein and Mevlut in the bars are excellent We didn't spend much time with the entertainment side this year, as the kids are a little older, but from the HV staff, Nicole, Jordan and Ethan are all worthy of a shoutout for their just general worth ethic and friendliness. The shops in the hotel are great, the staff are really friendly and helpful. One issue I have is the "gift shop" style shop next to the outside Arcade. They sell tat at ridiculous prices and prey on kids who don't know any better, selling utter rubbish and then refusing refunds. £25 for a water pistol, for example! They also tried to sell a "gun replica lighter" to my 11 year old, which is obviously illegal in the UK, but not Turkey. Some sense is required there. Only a small point, and nothing to do with HV or the hotel, as they are independent, but just try and avoid that place at all costs! (and encourage your kids to do the same).

We had such a great time at Holiday Villages Turkey! We were there with 3 adults, 4 kids (aged 5,7,10&11) Pools: We really enjoyed trying my all the pools. The entertainment is really good fun, but it does get noisy at times. We found some quieter pools which were always quiet and lovely if you need a noise break. Quite a few shallower bits which really suited the younger two kids. Slide pool was a bit hit! Entertainment: My son absolutely loved PTY- he has not stopped talking about it. The team work very hard and are so energetic and lovely with the kids. (Millie was their favourite, she was lovely with them.) My sons won a PTY competition and got to visit Erkan the sound man- such a special treat, a real highlight! Room: The room was spacious and clean and the cleaners came in every day and always left a lovely towel animal which my kids loved. Air conditioning was perfect. Food: We really enjoyed the food. My sister is a vegetarian and she found it a little repetitive and lacking in variation, but as a meat eater there are options galore. Restaurant was very busy, but didn’t worry us. Spa: The Turkish bath was hilarious, getting covered in bubbles was certainly memorable, the kids adored it. The staff were really kind to the kids and the massage was very relaxing. Trip: We went on a boat trip with Joker Trio. Would highly recommend- amazing night out! Overall a wonderful holiday. If you like a really quiet resort, this isn’t for you, but if you like entertainment, lots of pools and good food, this is for you!

The hotel’s proximity to the airport ensured a short and convenient transfer. Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful during our stay. Positive highlights included the children’s archery sessions, a paddleboard taster experience, scuba diving try-outs, and the aerial adventure course. Guest rooms were functional, though the décor appeared somewhat dated. As is typical of all-inclusive buffet dining, the food selection became repetitive and dishes were frequently served cold. Queuing became a recurring theme of the holiday: guests were required to queue for drinks, ice cream, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only service that did not involve a queue was the collection of pool towels. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure a booking at any of the three non-buffet restaurants, as reservations could not be made successfully via the hotel app. Sunbed availability was a significant issue. Despite only around 50% of the beds being in actual use for most of the day, reserved beds (with towels or other markers left on them) meant that few or no free beds were available after breakfast. The main pool area was consistently noisy due to continuous loud music. A significant number of fellow British guests displayed poor manners, which detracted from the overall experience.
