Very lovely second time there staff very attentive & ver welcoming, room very nice no issues cleaning all round hotel a priority service excellent will book again next year, would love to have a suite but no suites or near the main restaurant & pool so would like to see some suits along that block 4000 & we would have 1. Highly recommend but would like to see the all inclusive drinks being all inclusive even if there was an option to have all drinks with a weekly cost per person

This hotel is a very friendly place, the Turkish people are very welcoming. The hotel is on several levels due to being on the side of a mountain, but it’s not a problem as there are shuttle buses running all day in the resort. The food has been very good in particular the grill house and culinarium restaurants. It’s spotless as it’s always being cleaned. The spa is really nice as was the massages in particular the Turkish massage that was on a heated marble surface in very nice surroundings using hot water and soap, all arranged by my new friend Cengiz who was always happy to see us. All the people who work there are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The view from the hotel is stunning with mountains in the distance, the beach is ok the water is very shallow but nothing special, there are water sports to do and plenty of sun beds. I’d recommend this hotel for a peaceful relaxing time , set in well looked after gardens and trees.

We spent a week at the Tui Blue Seno in Sarigerme in mid May 2026, and we both agreed that it was the best Tui Blue that we have stayed at. Service was top notch, with no long waits for a drink during our meals. Coffees offered very soon after you sit down. The food was good as well, there were lots of chef cooking stations, so the food was always freshly cooked. We are not really into the events activities, but enjoyed the archery and the patience of the instructor. Didn’t hit the target that I was aiming for once. Views from the main restaurant and pool are stunning. The beach area is lovely, with the sea being shallow for a good long way out. The bus to and from the beach was frequent, but as we were staying at the same level as the main pool (climb not too far, but might be hard work in hotter seasons) we didn’t use it much. Outside the hotel we enjoyed the “Tui Blue Seno Tortoise Walk” which we found on Facebook. Any complaints would be more about us not being the sort of people that the hotel is aiming at, so bear that in mind if you’re still reading. We did tick the “quiet room” on the Tui website when booking as we like to read on the balcony in the evening. Most days this was not on due to the fans from the grill bar below our room. It was quiet inside with the doors closed, but still a disappointment. If, like most, you are going for the evening entertainment after super it would not be a problem at all. A hotel with no music at all at the pool is what we would like, here the music is fairly quiet and laid back at the main pool, so we did use it in the evenings when the chill out pool had lost the sunshine. Tui transfer from Dalaman Airport was an hour, so you might want to look into the cost of a taxi which would take 30 minutes max. We did not visit Sarigerme, but if you are buying presents it would be worthwhile. The nearby ruins of Pisilis are all within the grounds of another Tui hotel, so not able to visit.
