Airport was quick (machines), 20 minutes from airport and good flight times - fantastic. Room and complex was fabulous. Every member of staff went over and beyond and special call out to:- * Murat - Operations Supervisor - who made our Wedding Anniversary - so special * Dennis and Pink - Waiters at the Sports bar - that looked after us, every day and night * Yusuf and Zenika - Tui Blue Guides - that sorted out our Wi-Fi and Tui App. Also the guy who sorted out the restaurant for our Anniversary. Food - one of the best buffets I have ever seen and the other restaurants were fantastic. All in all it was that good, we are returning with my Sister on the 24th September this year- to experience it all again and cant wait to see you all again !

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have recently returned from TUI BLUE Tropical in Sarigerme, and although our holiday took an unexpected turn when my mother suffered a serious fall and fractured three ribs, we wanted to express our heartfelt thanks to the incredible team who cared for us. What could have been an overwhelming and frightening experience was made so much easier because of the kindness, compassion and professionalism shown by so many members of staff. A very special thank you goes to **Yusuf**, who was simply exceptional in everything he did. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he consistently went above and beyond to support both my mother and me. His kindness, professionalism and genuine care made an enormous difference to us.   Thank you also to **Zahra**, whose warmth, kindness and compassion meant so much. She always took the time to check on my mother and made us feel genuinely cared for. To **Haithem**, thank you for making sure that despite her injury, my mother was still able to enjoy memorable moments during our holiday. Your thoughtfulness helped lift her spirits during a very difficult time. A heartfelt thank you to **Demi**, who was there whenever we needed help. Your support, patience and genuine concern were greatly appreciated, and we are so grateful for everything you did for my mum. A special thank you also to **Osman**, whose friendly smile greeted us every day. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always happy to prepare anything we wanted. His cheerful attitude and excellent service brightened our stay. Finally, we would like to thank **Murat**, the Hotel Operations Manager. Without his swift action and support, my mother would not have received the prompt medical care she needed. He continued to show genuine concern for her wellbeing throughout the remainder of our stay, and his compassion and professionalism were truly outstanding. It is easy to praise a hotel when everything goes perfectly, but the true measure of a hotel is how it responds when something goes wrong. Every one of these individuals went far beyond what could ever have been expected, and they turned a very distressing situation into one where we felt supported, cared for and never alone. They are all an absolute credit to TUI BLUE Tropical, and we will never forget the kindness they showed us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will never forget any of you.

We have just returned from a 7-night stay at TUI BLUE Tropical, and although I have never written a TripAdvisor review before, I felt this hotel deserved one. This was mine and my husband’s first holiday abroad with our two children, aged four and two, and to say we were nervous would be an understatement. We were anxious about how the children would cope and whether everything would be family-friendly. From the moment we arrived, all of those worries disappeared. The welcome we received was incredible. Our children were greeted with smiles, high-fives, and friendly hellos, and we were immediately offered drinks while checking in. It made us feel relaxed and cared for from the very start. The hotel itself is perfect for families. Our room was conveniently located, and getting around with a pushchair was effortless thanks to the ramps and accessible pathways throughout the resort. We never once struggled with the pram. One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness. This is honestly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Everywhere was spotless at all times. Whether it was around the pool, in the restaurants, or throughout the grounds, I never once saw any mess. The staff work incredibly hard and are constantly keeping everything clean and tidy. Meal times with a four-year-old and a two-year-old can be chaotic, and our children dropped food everywhere! Yet the staff were always there with a smile, quickly cleaning up and making sure everything remained immaculate. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. A special mention goes to the lovely lady in the children’s breakfast area. Every morning she greeted our children warmly, remembered what they liked, and made them feel so special. Her kindness really made our mornings brighter. The entertainment team were fantastic and provided brilliant entertainment throughout our stay. The food was excellent with plenty of choice, and the bar staff were wonderful too. By the end of the week they already knew our drinks, which was such a lovely personal touch. Every single member of staff we encountered was kind, welcoming, hardworking, and genuinely friendly. They helped make our first family holiday abroad a truly unforgettable experience. We are genuinely sad to be home. In fact, before going back to work, we are booking to return next year—this time for 10 nights because 7 simply wasn’t enough! Thank you to everyone at TUI BLUE Tropical for giving our family such wonderful memories. We cannot wait to come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were looking forward for our holiday, we made a lot of research, however this time unfortunately it didn't check all the boxes for us. The pros: - Really close to the airport (around 25 minutes) - The hotel is beautiful, set in an impeccable park packed with amenities and activities - The staff relentlessly work around the clock to provide (but not always achieving) a great experience - Shout out to Pembe and her gorgeous smoothies in the Sport Bar The cons: All minor things perhaps, but if taken all together, can make the difference between an average experience or an unforgettable holiday. - I was asked to check-in online before reaching the hotel, which I did, but again we had to check-in on arrival. The process was quick but why was I asked to do it online to skip the process on arrival? - The room allocated was spacious, in fact I believe was a family room with 2 sofa-bed, however there was barely any storage to unpack our belongings (2 person), imagine if we were 4. - The superking bed was decent enough with enough pillows, however the duvet provided was barely covering the size of the mattress. When we went to sleep we ended up pulling the duvet to each other: we decided to store that duvet and use the 2 single ones allocated for the 2 sofa-bed. - Lack of information: for a couple of days we missed certain events. In every other place where I have been it was clearly displayed what was happening during the day/evening, also the menu of the day. Only after asking around I discovered that you had to install the Tui Blue app: I didn't want to but I had to if we wanted to know what was happening - We were initially impressed by the food, but the excitement finished after a couple of days. The breakfast omelette is literally soaked in oil, one morning the banana yogurt was fizzy, the pastries are pre-baked and bland. Lunch is served in the pool bar, not sure why, but we managed to get always some fresh salad/fruit. Dinner is back in the restaurant but we quickly realised that it was always the same food with some minor variation: no themed nights, no doner kebab (in Turkey?) and one night the potatoes in every dish were raw! (potato with saffron for reference, i checked another dish and they were as hard as stone). From my understanding Sarigerme is a local fishing town: the fish that was served (always grilled) was either overcooked, or a couple of times raw, also I believe there are different fish in Turkey rather than seabass, seabream, mullet, trout, mackarel, however not once they had scampi/shrimps/octopus/calamari/tuna/swordfish. - Turkish pankakes served until 4PM were delicious the first time (we loved the savoury ones with feta), however the second time were 90% mozzarella cheese and 10% feta, and lastly I don't even think Feta was added but instead was replaced by parsley : awful. - We had a free stay in 1 a la carte restaurant included: we really wanted to book in Spice, but it was impossible to book it through the app. We went in person to the restaurant and we were told that they were fully booked: we passed in front of it for the whole stay and we honestly ever saw 1 table taken, so not sure what was the capacity of the place but we were disappointed. We booked levante instead, and I wish we didn't: the starters came out straight from the fridge, the main course was blend and the cabbage was borderline raw, we refused to try the cake - The hotel is family oriented and packed up of kids: I don't mind kids, but most of them were not well behaved and left unattended to run havoc by their parents (mostly British I am sorry to say). - Evening entertainment: again, mostly family oriented with family movies projected in the main venue. The other shows were finished at 9:45/10:00 after that it was completely dead in the main area, no music no lights, you had to move to the chill-out bar. I really appreciated the effort of the artists, you could see there were hours and hours of rehearsal, but some of them were really boring perhaps because we saw the Turkish show twice in 10 days (once would have been enough), same for the Wonderband that played exactly the same songs every time they had their show. - The place is isolated: if you don't want to spend the night in the hotel, well tough, there is absolutely nothing else to do around. Sarigerme is within walking distance (20 minutes) but it will hardly offer any alternative coupled with the hassle of the shop owners trying to lure you in. - Stay clear from the shop inside the hotel unless absolutely necessary. In sarigerme a box of cigarette was 2 euro, the same, in the hotel was 8. In general everything has an overcharge of 30/70% - Don't bother exchanging your money in Turkish lira, the atm will apply an extortionate fee, Instead use revolut and if paying with your currency be well aware of the conversion (1 euro = 50 lira, 1000 lira = 20 euro) - The sun lounger morning race is unfortunately a normal practice and if you want a nice spot I'm afraid you'll have to be up at dawn - Once we decided to go to the local market in Ortaca using the local bus: nobody in the hotel (reception, Tui rep) knew where is the bus stop or the time table: in the end we sourced this info from a facebook group The biggest let down, for us anyway, was the beach. We looked at videos and read reviews: we chose this place for its sandy beach, but we got extremely disappointed when we realized that the sand finish just before you get into the water, after is just stones and gravel. Also in 2 steps you are deep to the neck making it unsafe for kids and unpleasant in general. Overall it was not for us, I would rate it 6/10, but I definitely won't be back here
