I wouldn’t advise you to go here if you are British with children, the food is absolutely awful and I’m in no way fussy! They didn’t seem to cater for British tourists, but that may be because we were the only brits there for over half of the holiday, all the music was Turkish or Russian, you expect to hear Turkish music when in Turkey which is absolutely fine because you’re there to enjoy Turkish culture but the fact that they were playing mostly Russian music annoyed me because they weren’t playing any songs in English so we couldn’t enjoy it. There was absolutely no entertainment apart from our very last day they had a pink party which my children did enjoy. They have a gym advertised but there is no gym. The water park is great, but like I said no entertainment so if you have children there is absolutely nothing for them to do after it’s closed. We spent most evenings bored in the room. Our door wouldn’t lock and the reception staff didn’t care, they said it’s fine we don’t need to lock it. There are cats and kittens everywhere which is expected in Turkey but there was one cat with an open wound which had maggots inside, he was jumping up on chairs in the restaurant which completely put me off eating not that I needed much putting off. On the plus side the hotel and place itself is beautiful. I don’t normally write bad reviews but most of the holiday was pretty boring and miserable

“super spa!”

All staff are so helpful and great location. Spa wellness was amazing however food is not good, need more variety. Had a great sing along with the animation Bil! great views by the beach need more day time entertainment!

First of all, I’ll go over the negatives of this hotel, the food is abysmal, me and my family went out many times just to get different food, and at one point we even got a takeaway. First of all, I’ll go over the negatives of this hotel, the food is abysmal, me and my family went out many times just to get different food, and at one point we even got a takeaway. There’s not a great selection of alcohol, so the people who drink alcohol in my family were quite disappointed. Entertainment for children is very good but for older people it is not so good. Now I’ll move onto the positives of this hotel which there are ALOT. The staff were welcoming and friendly, there was one staff member named Mesut who was one of the nicest people I have ever met, he went out of HIS way to make OUR holiday one of the most memorable. The water park was absolutely outstanding, the hotel was small so you didn’t have to walk miles just to get to the swimming pool, the rooms were all in a nice location instead of just lined up like in other hotels. The hotel is right next to beach, with a lovely pier so you can go further out into the ocean if you choose. Overall, I think this hotel still needs to improve on providing freshly cooked food (not stews) and a better selection of fresh food and alcohol. Daytime activities and entertainment need to be improved. If these negatives were rectified I would visit again. I would not recommend here, unless they sort the above out.
