We travelled 4 adults 2 children rangind 69 down to 7. 26th july -9th august 2026! Ok so we booked a private transfer with easy jet so only took us 40 minutes to get to the hotel. The hotel is down a narrow one way street. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff work hard to keep the gardens and all areas around the hotel clean and well maintained. First some of the issues we had: 1) we were meant to have two family rooms with sea views. We had one family room and my parents were given a standard double which is extremely small.. it said it can sleep 3 however at best its ok for single travellers. The reception were not that helpful and told us that the room we should have had was kept on by the previous guests as they decided to stay a bit longer.. it was only when the easy jet rep told them quite sternly that it wasn't good enough that they were able to get another room so big thank you to him! 2) in the building my parents were in... their room never got cleaned, mopped or fresh bedding (only towels) until my dad (70 nearly) told the cleaner he wanted the room tp be fully cleaned... to which he did clean it but not the bathroom. (Room 1814) over looking the sea above carpe diem restaurant. 3) sea os lovely but the beach os not sand its more shingle beach with Lots of rocks in the sea so please get beach shoes (can get them from any little shop around 4-500 lira) 4) the strip blares music until around 4am so can disturb your sleep. Our room 1124 was pretty good at drowning out the sound but if your a light sleeper you may struggle. Overall not alot to walk around and see unless you kump on the dolmus or get a taxi. Now .... .our room 1124 was great. Our cleaner was amazing! Always smiley and happy to talk to you. We overlooked cozzy beach bar and pool and this is where all entertainment in the day and nigjt happens along with music (very loud) 10-6pm. We had 2 adults, 2 children 10 and 7. It was a queen bed (3 people) and one single bed. If you have 3 or 4 adults you will struggle but we managed fine. Shower was lovely and powerful, room drowned out most sound, aircon great. All 3 pools are great although when peak time you will struggle for beds. I got up at 6 and looked out to all beds already taken. Restaurant plenty of food and delicious, kids option not great for tea time but amazing lunch food at carpe diem snack bar and can order as much as you likee. Shout out to Roni who wad fabulous. Same to Bechet and Vahap in the main restaurant as they were great and always made sure we were taken care of! If you want a turkish spa the onsite one is amazing and great value! £60 for 120minute was heaven! The guy who ran it was lovely ! All the staff lovely and professional. A tip for excursions.. be wary of the day trip over to kos! As lovely as kos was , it tool 1hr 40 to get through customs into kos! We then had to be back on the boat for 5.15pm and it took nearly 2 hours to get back through customs so all day you had to clock watch so you lost alot of the day. It was terrible. Ive added a picture so you can see the queue. You must visit the marina at night. The big bazaarr goes on forever. Its fabulous. About 10-15mins on dolmus. Overall my children myself and husband had a really lovely holiday and made some amazing memories. It is best suited for young families who like the hustle and bustle of a busy hotel. We would easily return as we really did enjoy it!!!

How there are no bad reviews for this hotel is honestly beyond me. I’m extremely let down by our stay. Yes, the location is lovely, the staff are mostly friendly and the hotel is generally clean. However, there were some very serious issues that I simply can’t ignore. Money went missing from our room twice. We reported this to management and were told that nobody other than the cleaning/management staff should have access to the room. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel that enough was done about it. We were told that this had “never happened before”, but after it happened twice during our stay, I find that very difficult to believe. We were left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. The sunbed situation is also ridiculous. If you want a bed around the pool, you basically need to be up at 6am. There simply aren’t enough for the number of guests, and there isn’t enough space around the pool. If you’re happy sitting on the beach, you’ll be fine, but around the pool it’s a completely different story. Another thing I really didn’t like was people smoking in the swimming pool, even with young children and babies around. I have absolutely no issue with people smoking where it is permitted, but smoking while actually sitting in a pool with children around is something I don’t think should be allowed. Add drunk men behaving badly in the pool around children and it really wasn’t pleasant or relaxing. The animation team were fantastic — always happy, friendly and lovely with the guests. However, I do think there needs to be much more entertainment for children, both during the day and in the evening. There was mainly a mini disco and a dance show at night. The hotel has such a fantastic location and could offer so much more. The food was also a big disappointment for us. I know lots of people rave about it, but my family really didn’t feel the same. The children ended up eating chips or plain pasta most nights because there wasn’t enough they wanted to eat. We also all had bad stomachs during the holiday, and I was actually sick one night. I also think the hotel desperately needs clearer allergy information. I had a cake which had banana in the middle, despite there being no obvious allergy information displayed. I cannot eat banana, so this is something that could potentially be very dangerous for someone with a serious allergy. Overall, this hotel could easily be a 10/10 because the location is brilliant, the staff are lovely and there is so much potential. But improvements are definitely needed — more sunbeds, better and more varied food, proper allergy labelling, more entertainment and, most importantly, guests need to feel completely safe and confident that their belongings are secure in their rooms. A special mention to the lady who does the dancing, the DJ and the men in the restaurant — you were all absolutely fantastic and deserve a 10/10. ❤️ Unfortunately, based on our experience I would not recommend
