The staff were extremely helpful and respectful Two members of staff stood out Sercan and Merve in Reception Merve was new to the Hotel but expressed a willingness to learn and has an engaging personality Erkan was always willing to help,very professional and a vital member of the Hotel Team

Great food, drinks are a plentiful. Rooms are a little pokey, all amenities available at a price. Air con £80 for the week, no remote though so does get cold at night. Great food, drinks are a plentiful. Rooms are a little pokey, all amenities available at a price. Air con £80 for the week, no remote though so does get cold at night. Good and drinks are expensive and pizza, burger and chips etc. Despite being self catering not enough bowls and cups for 4, no microwave but fridge is spacious. Staff are all kind bar one younger lady who wears a red top (needs some manners.) Mustafa at bar was lovely. Reception lady who was younger was so lovely and helpful. We asked for sheets instead of the scratchy blankets and they never came. We asked for more pillows sadly they never came. The soaps in the rooms are lovely. You cannot take any drinks or snacks to the pool even though your room is self catering. They opens until late and has great ambience. Everything is very clean. We have been before and after the revamp and the communal areas are much better. Great location and supermarkets all around. 16 of us in total and most were happy. It’s great for a family getaway on a budget but I wouldn’t say it was worth the £1400 package with jet2.
