Good quiet location away from the hussle. Good atmosphere, can be relaxed at one end and more involved at the other. Rooms are well appointed with an interconnected room, both with a balcony. All inclusive ncluding some premium drinks and a decent soft drink range in mini bar topped up every day. Room is well looked after by Özlem daily and was pleased when seen. Overall I’d rate it close to 4.5

“Great family hotel”

Lovely welcome at 1am. Food / drink available all hours. Good variety of facilities for adults and children. Very well organised. Spa is marvellous. Our room has been meticulously cleaned daily by the lovely Ozlem, who tops up the mini fridge with our favourites.

You save all year and hope to have an amazing holiday and this hotel did not disappoint , we are already discussing a return in 2027 They have spent a lot of money revamping this hotel, our room was one of the interconnecting two bedroomed that was newly modernised , if being picky the room for the children was designed for one single and it felt like the second single bed was just thrown in there. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. great locations , brilliant views , great facilities , plenty of sun beds and a stack of more if they ran out , good entertainment most nights , the coffee shop and patisserie were excellent , the roof top bar was brilliant to watch the sun set. We were there during the World Cup and they went out of their way for the final making it special We found the food was exceptional The pool cafe served fresh food to order and had a great range. My son took ill with an ear infection and guest relations sorted us a hospital appointment that night, collected in 30 minutes by a brand new Tesla we were Driven to the hospital , saw the doctor in 5 minutes and were them taken to a local pharmacy to get the prescription before being driven home , insurance claim that only cost £109 total ! Exceptional service The one area I felt needs some investment is the gym , with dumbbells to 17.5 kilo plus one single 20kilo a flat bench , a cheap all round machine, 2 tread mills and a bike it was lacking for such a quality hotel and needs some investment please, an incline bench, a cable machine, some bar bells and some heavier weights would add a lot The staff made this hotel personable and I wanted to mention some staff who went out of their way to be extra amazing Mario, Jayden , Tchico and Fadia from the entertainment team made us laugh daily and even got a man with two left feet dancing !! Ayten, Furkan , Hursit and Batuman in the bar were great and Berna was exceptional in her service and perfect cocktail making skills Furkan in the Al a carte was funny , a great communicator and offered a great service

Highly disappointed with this hotel, 100% not a 5 star hotel. After reading the reviews we were excited to see all the amazing things that people had to say… and we’re still waiting. Positives - Mehmet from the spa is just lovely, not pushy, seeks you out to say hello, super friendly and one of the only good English speakers. Little shop onsite well stocked and very friendly and helpful, also ok with English. Kids loved the ice cream, weather was of course hot as you expect and lovely sunsets at night. Well placed for the sandy beach if that’s what you want and plenty of cats to fuss over if that’s your thing. Negatives - beds are ridiculously uncomfortable, staff are rude, miserable, avoid English but fall over themselves for other nationalities. No pharmacy or shops anywhere local, and taxis are hard to come by. Front of house who should be welcoming and able to communicate with you are pretty useless on both fronts. Food is very repetitive, not much for kids either other than spaghetti chips and nuggets. If you’re not English, reserving sun beds isn’t an issue but we’ve had our towels removed when others were left in place. Music ridiculously loud during the day, I’m all for music by the pool but at times you can’t hear anything but. 2 bedroom accommodation is super small, nowhere to put cases once unpacked, mould in the bathroom, rooms not very clean at all which is not the cleaners fault, just very grubby in general. Poolside ridiculously slippy, and pool isn’t big enough for the amount of guests the hotel accommodates. We have stayed in some gorgeous 4* hotels that far superseded this hotel, how it’s been given a 5* rating is beyond me. Very disappointing and will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone.
