“Lovely 10 days in October 2023”

I really wanted to give 5 stars. But the one star I had to take off because of entertainment team. We spent 10 days in this beautiful hotel and everything was almost perfect but the entertainment couple was just a joke. They were lazy, non stop on their phones, daily entertainment didn't exist and they looked like they didn't want to be there. No energy, no enthusiasm... Few times we saw them walking around the swimming pool saing something but very quiet so no one knew what is going on. Then we found out they were inviting people for darts or some water games. Seriously, if you want people to join you, make it look like it's gonna be fun! Night entertainment was not very good too, really disappointing because usually we had a lot of fun in the hotels we choose for our holidays. But it was the only minus, the rest was just amazing. First - people working in the restaurant and bar. They work crazy hours but never complain, always with a big smile on their face. I hope the management knows how amazing people they have 😁 Huge thank you to Ramazan, Emre, Yasar, Hill, Ferhat and the lovely beautiful girl who was olways in the restaurant early morning and lunch but I forgot her name - sorry. You all made our time there so special. Big thank you for preparing our table for one special night, we didn't expect it ❤️. The hotel is clean and the view just amazing, all people work really hard from receptionists to cleaners. We would love to go there again in the future but only if they change the entertainment team, sorry 🙄

“Gave another chance, would only return to see staff.”

This is the second time we visited this hotel. The first time round we were given a double room for 4 of us and kids were given an old wire camp bed which was ridiculous, maybe for a night but not 13. I explained to the hotel manager who agreed to swap but only if we left him a 5 star review 😂 unfortunately I find that the majority of the management are extremely lazy and arrogant. The staff work incredibly, this time round the lady who appeared to manage the restaurant was sat eating food every single meal time whilst the staff ran around like crazy. She would only get up to tell us we were not properly clothed and ask us to leave or change. The food is VERY BASIC and is the same every night. My son is autistic and has a food disorder as part of this. The first few night they made chips. They then got rid of the chips and only made wedges. I asked if we coukd possibly have some chips and was told no. They refused to accommodate anything for my son. Meaning we had to go down to the supermarket and make noodles in the restaurant every night to make sure he ate. We booked a Turkish bath package, the staff were incredible big shout out to kubilay! However our "30 min massage" after the Turkish bath was cut 5 minutes short because the manager was waiting for his treatment? We paid £60 each. The salon is great but the ladies seem lime they have been forced to work there. The barber is incredible and I would fly him home with us if I could! The entertainment team are fantastic, Ergul and Kubra are keeping this hotel going without them it wouldn't be half as good. The only thing I will say is some more communication on what is happening g would be great. They seem to always forget the kids pool when telling people. What we would class as the kids pool as it has a slide is to them the quiet pool which I cannot understand at all. For the first 9 days the slide was on 10-12 and then 2-4. It came on 15 minutes late every single day. Our last day it got to 10.30 and the kids had been stood at the top waiting for half an hour. I went to reception and asked for it to be turned on, the reply was "no we've changed the times now 11-12. They didn't change any of the signs or alert anyone and what is the point of the slide if its not going to be on? All in all the hotel is beautiful, the views are incredible. The rooms need tlc but we expected not much more as it is only a 3 star. But the floor in our bathroom stunk of urine. I have two young boys and the floor was not cleaned once the whole time we were there. The top floor rooms are infested with earwigs. They were in our clothes in our toiletries all over the balcony we couldn't escape them! The pool table is falling to bits, one cue teo pockets hanging off the cushions are bent and the white ball had a straigh edge so not much use. Omer aliraza and there was another man who played pool with my boys i didnt get hus name! you are fantastic staff and never change!! Without you this hotel would be nothing. The management are the downfall of this hotel, along as they are fed and have somewhere to sit down they really don't care about the guests.

I visited this hotel in april 2014 for 10 days . This is my honest review Hotel food in the 10 day i was there i had warm food twice all the food dishes are kept heated by floating in water all this done was creat steam but not actually heat the food . The choice was very basic and once it had gone they either didn’t replace it or it took ages to refill . You had to get desert/cakes before food or you wouldn’t get any . The hotel never had any ice cream until the 4th day i was there. Drinks They run out of gin on the 3rd day of being open took 2 days for that to arrive then they run out of tonic in both bars . The beer had more froth than beer due to problem with both bars beer pump. Cocktail list is pretty good . Rooms Basic but very functional not got an issue with them . Cleaner just made beds and folded towels in 10 days my floors never see and kind of wash or sweep. Cleanliness I see empty tumblers around the pool area for 3. Days they just never cleaned up efficiently. Somebody had spilled a drink it dried leaving the floor sticky i asked staff member for a mop he just put a dry mop over it and said ok . I tried explaining no its sticky to no avail . Staff Some staff could not speak much if any english i am now an expert on google translate. Entertainment This was actually pretty good nothing amazing but good fun and kept most people entertained Hotel general Amazing views and location although its up in the hills so walking down to town was ok but walking back after a few cocktails was a workout out itself I would give this hotel a 6 out of 10 This is because A few simple tweaks and this hotel could be amazing Staff should know some basic English especially the reception staff Food should be warm/hot and refilled promptly Dont run out of drinks at an all inc destination Clean up around pool and rooms promptly. Have a limit on how many drinks you can order at once some people was ordering 20-30 drinks in 1 round Would i return ??? NO not unless these few issues where dealt with even then i would think twice
