This hotel is a lovely place to stay for a week and a week only. I wouldn’t spend longer than a week here. Location: The location is perfect for anyone planning to leave the hotel at any point, your longest taxi ride is going to be 30 minutes from the hotel to wherever you want to go. Atmosphere: I’d personally like to say the atmosphere is okay. It could use some work, the entertainment is great on some days, some days it’s not the best. It definitely has its ups and downs, and I strongly suggest looking at all the itineraries before being set on going to the entertainment if going. Noting that they use generative AI images to promote these entertainment nights which looks a little unprofessional for a 4.7 star hotel. Rooms: The rooms can be spacious if you select the right one, if you are planning to have more than two people in a room, it’s vital you get a deluxe or swim up room as it’s way more specious than a normal room. Noting that deluxe rooms are facing outward of the hotel. The rooms lack the proper noise blocking that they require, especially for Marmirus. There is a karaoke bar outside of the hotel which will keep you up until 1:30 if you don’t bring earplugs. Also adding that the rooms need to have blackout curtains, something they also lack. AC is a hit or miss, worked in one of the two rooms we had, we got maintenance to fix it quite fast which I will say i’m pretty happy about. Value: Your value for money is worth it for what you get. You get all inclusive drinks (which includes spirits, beers & wines), food, entertainment and much more. For the price, i’d say it’s definitely worth it Cleanliness: Your room gets cleaned minimally everyday. This includes a small tidy up, new towels and that’s about it. Due to their environmental policy they put in place, bed sheets only get changed 2 times in a week, which I would like to say is a good thing, but it just doesn’t give the same feel that a hotel would change their bed sheets every day. Food: This is the big thing for all inclusive hotels, the food. Every day there is a new “night” which includes BBQ, indian food, turkish food, and more. The food is actually quite good, the catering staff are lovely and do take care of you. The verity is okay, we did get a little bored coming to the end of our week holiday, this is also another reason I would recommend a week only. Staffing: The staff are lovely here. They always have smiles on their faces and are happy to help with whatever, some even going the extra mile to remember your order for drinks and what ice creams you want, it’s a great touch and it makes everything feel more personalised.
