Overall, I had a pleasant stay with some standout positives, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained, and the location is good, with nearby shops and restaurants which makes it convenient for getting out and about. I was staying here for dental treatment, and there were quite a few other guests doing the same, so the hotel seems to cater well for that type of stay. A real highlight was the entertainment team, particularly Anastasia. I joined her Pilates session and also tried the music therapy, which was something completely new for me. At my age, it’s not often you get to try something different like that, so I really appreciated the experience, she was great. The spa treatment itself was very nice and relaxing, but I would advise guests to be aware of upselling. I was encouraged to upgrade to a “medical” package, so just be mindful and stick to what you actually want. Food in the restaurant was average. There is a decent variety, but it’s not always well labelled and sometimes the food wasn’t as hot as it should be. Service is a bit inconsistent, some staff are excellent and go out of their way to help, while others less so. One server was less helpful and directed me to someone else for water, which wasn’t ideal. The hotel has also been quite noisy during my stay due to preparations for the summer season, there has been drilling and banging during the day, which can be a bit disruptive. Room-wise, I stayed in B Block (2115), which is directly above the restaurant kitchen. At night, there is noise from staff working late and moving trolleys around. It also overlooks the Square Bar, so if you’re looking for an early night, this location may not be ideal and I imagine it would be even busier in peak season. As with many areas in Turkey, there is a call to prayer from nearby mosques, including early in the morning. It didn’t bother me too much, but light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. The bedding could also be improved. The pillows in particular were not very comfortable and felt quite poor quality for a hotel of this standard. One final point is the all-inclusive offering, which only runs until 11pm. After that, drinks are chargeable, which may not suit everyone. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to those looking for a clean and well-located base with some good activities, but if you’re sensitive to noise, particular about food quality, or expect late-night all-inclusive service, it may not be the best fit.

“Almost excellent”

My third time at this hotel. It’s beautiful and great for people having any surgery as there’s a lot of guest here in the same boat. Easy to make friends if you’re travelling alone. My third time at this hotel. It’s beautiful and great for people having any surgery as there’s a lot of guest here in the same boat. Easy to make friends if you’re travelling alone. Staff are excellent, although 1 of the maids have taken £100 of my money from the room. So just an heads up, use your safe. I didn’t use it as I didn’t think the maid would take it, and left my money in an envelope on top of the cupboard. I did take it up with reception but as there’s no cameras in rooms, it would of been pretty much impossible to point the finger at a particular maid as about 3 different ones cleaning in the time frame. Food is great, plenty of selection. Weathers not been too bad for time of year 31st march - 8th April

We had a nice AI 7 night stay in March 2026 at the Falcon Hotel. The rooms were fine, the staff were nice and the all-inclusive food, even though there wasn't much variation throughout the week, was perfectly good. As it was out of season, the outdoor pools were not open yet but we knew that beforehand and was not a problem. The indoor pool is small and wasn't particularly warm. The steam room and sauna are included are inclusive and were very nice. Special shout out to Anastasia the resident multi-lingual yogapilates teacher. She was excellent, very friendly and well worth going to her daily classes. Location is good, it is only a short distance from the airport - current prices were 18Euro for a taxi so you could save some money doing this instead of package transfers. Value wise, the amount I paid for a family of 4 - just under £1500 I thought was fantastic value for money.

I stayed here with my partner in March for a week, I'll give you the pros and cons. Pros: - Nice location, this area of Antalya is quite posh, just a walk away there's tons of coffee shops and bars, and the view is stunning. You can also catch many buses into the old town, they cost around 41p you can use your card to tap and go. Or you can walk it takes around 1 hr 15 mins. - Good selection of food (if you're not vegan) - lots of options and nice food, unfortunately no oat or soya milk, so bring your own and sometimes things weren't labelled the best so I ended up eating something with meat in which wasn't fun. - Anastacia is lovely she teaches yoga, pilates and dance. I had a private session with her and she taught me the hang drum, it was a lovely experience. - Wifi is good - You can use spa and indoor pool for free which was nice - There were some amazing live musicians that played here - Room was okay, a bit small and you can hear everything from next door, but has everything you need. - The hotel cats are cute! Cons: - We paid £600 each with LoveHolidays thinking there was an outdoor pool and swimming but it wasn't available so that was disappointing. - Turkish coffee and certain drinks are an extra charge even if you're all inclusive - Some of the clientele in the hotel were very badly behaved, I'm from England and they put me to shame. Very rude, loud and low class behaviour (I'm from Farnworth, I would know). I think management stepped in as the next days they calmed down but it wasn't pleasant. - Be warned if you book with LoveHolidays - when we were in our transport to the hotel, the taxi driver passed us his phone saying it was a rep from LoveHolidays. Even at the hotel, they gave you a leaflet with his name and face on it. THERE ARE NO LOVEHOLIDAYS REP! It's just a guy trying to offer you expensive packages, do not meet with him, you don't have to and LoveHolidays will tell you the transport pick up time the day before as usual. - Not many vegan options, vegetarian you'll be okay as there's lot of cheese etc. - This place seems to host many people getting their teeth done and surgeries, so it was a bit unsettling to see lots of people with bruises on their faces, plasters from face lifts and nose jobs. Looked like many people went through hell. Visually this wasn't nice to see, but just be aware if you go that this is the case.
