“Amazing week”

Superb experience from beginning to end. The staff could not do enough for you, everything was done with a genuine friendly attitude. Great food and drink, the cakes in the cafe were phenomenal. Indoor spa and gym were great standard and not too busy. We will return.

Along with 5 ladies I have just spent a week here. The hotel What stands out about this hotel is the excellent service and cleanliness. Every member of staff we dealt with could not do enough for us. Our room was on the first floor, every amenity you could wish for is provided. Good quality toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, shower caps, cotton buds and pads, shaving foam, razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, body scrub mit, nail file, bath robes and slippers. Towels are changed twice daily. There is a coffee machine and pods. If you are a tea drinker just ask reception and they will supply a kettle. The mini bar is included and like the toiletries, restocked daily, wine, beer, soft drinks, milk and snickers bar. Also cereal bars, crisps, Haribos, cracker biscuits. We had a small balcony with two chairs and a table. There is a clothes airier to hang your wet swimwear on. Super comfy beds, huge tv with lots of channels including UK ones. Everything is turned on and off using a panel, blinds /curtains/lights etc. Food The main restaurant is serve yourself buffet, so much choice, also a bbq outside where you order and it is bought to your table. Breakfast is also here and again so much choice. Now, you can pay extra and eat at some other "specialty' restaurants. Little frustrating in that we paid a lot of money for an "all inclusive holiday" but not all restaurants are free. Apparently this is a new "initiative". Fish restaurant - personally I would not bother going here. It was 30 euros each and nothing special. It overlooks the river/sea inlet. We were encouraged to let them put a selection of dishes. We had 16 starters bought to the table. Far too many dishes, the flavours all clashed as all so different, for me just not enjoyable. Mains, again encouraged to let the chefs put a selection together. The different fish arrived on a large platter. Excellent service just too many fish and flavours clashing. The French restaurant was 20 euros per head and for me much more enjoyable. You pick from a good selection of dishes. Bit of theatre too with the flambé dishes. We also ate at the restaurant that’s open 24/7 on the second floor, which is included. Nice menu and super table service. We also ate at the beach bar and Italian restaurant again included, no extra cost. In the hotel/grounds are ice cream bars, a chocolate bar, no extra cost. There is a super patisserie on the second floor again all included. The beach - if you turn left the sunbeds and umbrellas are free. Really super beds, thick padded cushions. Turn right and you pay, 200 euros per day for a cabana. Beach towels are provided from a hut just before you reach the boardwalk. There was some work taking place, a new pier being constructed in the sea, It's not near you but you can hear the banging, didn't bother us, this type of construction has to be done at sometime. Heated freshwater pool is 34 degrees and a bar, all included. The Spa area is great and all included, obviously you pay for treatments, way overpriced which is a shame as I would have visited more than once. I had a 55 minute massage, very nice but was priced at 140 euros. We did a Pilates class one morning. Very enjoyable. Our trip included 4 rounds of golf, 2 at the Old Course and 2 at the New Course. The shuttle bus takes 5 minutes and runs from the front of the hotel, every 20 minutes. Unfortunately there was a mix up on our last day meaning we had to play the New Course for a third time. As a gesture we did not pay the daily 8 euros charge each for the push trolley rental. Both courses were great, plenty of bunkers, water, challenging greens and lovely well maintained fairways. A buggy comes round with snacks, water, beer, snickers, Doritos and fruit. The two sandwich choices never changed all week, ham and cheese or beef and cheese. You get one sandwich and then a slice with the filling on top, that was hard to eat. The bread was dry and the following rounds we made a roll up at breakfast and took that. The pro shop has some crazy prices 100 euros for a men's Ping shirt, with no resort logo. There is a nice place to sit outside or inside before or after playing. Nice menu and service. Belek is a few miles from the hotel. We didn't go there. Driving past just looked like a small town with local shops. I had a lovely week here and would highly recommend the hotel, even if you don't play golf, Of course you can choose not to pay extra for what are described as "speciality" restaurants. there is plenty to choose from. I just felt we should have been able to eat at a couple of them without charge, even if just once. Thanks to everyone at the hotel that made my stay so memorable. I've probably put on about 10 kilos but worth it!
