“Overall experience”

Very lovely relaxing holiday had great fun with family and also Enjoy socializing with other families.But had a slight allocation with the football team which stayed at the hotel for 3 days which their cause an upset but other than that it was an amazing holiday.

Wonderful stay at this hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff were loved by the kids. Great location for Land of Legends only a ten minute walk. Atmosphere was relaxed. Rooms are cleaned daily so never an issue. Great value for money. Plenty to do at the hotel for the kids with onsite water play even though the water was cold didnt stop the children.

Overall, this was a very nice hotel. The room comprised of two rooms, one with a king size double bed and the other with twin single beds. Nicely appointed with loads of space and a free minibar. The cleaning was great. The reception area, bar, restaurant and the outside gardens and several large pools were great. There was also a good heated indoor pool that was free. The hotel is conveniently placed for the Land of Legends which can be seen from the hotel grounds and only a 5 to 7 minute walk away. The hotel has security at the “gates” which is obviously a good thing. We simply had to display our wrist band for entry. Food I particularly enjoyed the food. So did my wife and 13yo. We tend to make different food choices and each of us enjoyed the food on offer. There was no bacon or pork but that didn’t matter as what was on offer was great. Some people are put off by the cats in the dining room but they did not bother us. I understand that cats have a special place in Turkish culture. We arrived late at night but was thankful that they opened up at 11.00pm for an hour. We later took advantage of that after an evening at the Land of Legends. We had an early departure and were able to get access to the restaurant early to grab something to eat before departure. Restaurant staff were excellent. Bar The bar service was excellent. Customer Relations Very helpful Reception Mostly very helpful although there were a couple of exceptions to that. Private Beach This was dissapointing as it had not been set up. No beach parasols etc. The beach was littered with debris. And the beach bar staff were not so helpful. We only spent an hour down at the beach and had to wait 45 minutes for the return minibus shuttle. The beach bar was extremely limited in what it offered. Youth Football There were a number of international youth football teams staying at the hotel and their behaviour and consideration for other hotel users and staff was very poor. Noisy in the rooms, noisy in the corridor and unruly in the restaurant, using hands to pickup food and had clearly not heard of forming an orderly queue. I could not understand why their parents / coaches could not keep them in order. Once they had departed it was amazingly better. Gardening While enjoying the pool on the LOL side a gardener decided to rev up his strimmer right behind us on the sun loungers, sending grass cuttings over us. No warning or anything. He just needed to give us a nudge beforehand. Entertainment. We never really saw much of it but it didn’t look that great. They had not yet set up in the outdoor amphitheatre so maybe that was part of the problem. We spent a couple of evenings over at the LOL though. We have to give this hotel and our experience 4 stars at the very least.
