We stayed here from may 20th to 31st for My 60th birthday with family of all ages. chose the hotel as it looked liked there was something for everyone, and there was, it was great, very clean, spacious, choices were fab. They defo need more staff at the pools and bars for drinks service as we found this very slow. Food great lots of places to eat. HARUN ENTERTAINMENT TEAM IS JUST SIMPLY THE BEST MADE OUR HOLIDAY AMAZING !! The one person who lets my review down is the barman in the lobby reception bar,what a miserable, unsociable, twisty, arrogant man he is, AHMIT needs some customer service training and learn how to smile !!! Had a cabana on the pier for a day which was amazing defo book one well worth it !!

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 3 years with our family of 9, including my 6-year-old daughter, and every year it reminds us why we keep coming back. From the moment you step off the transfer bus, nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. From the cleaners to the management team, you are genuinely looked after and made to feel welcome throughout your stay. The main restaurant can get busy at peak times, but there is always an incredible variety of food to suit all nationalities and tastes. Whether you want familiar favourites or to try something new, there is something for everyone. The waiting staff are so attentive, and the desserts are absolutely amazing! The coffee shop deserves a special mention — the chocolate is to die for, and the range of cakes and pastries available throughout the day is unbelievable. Sitting there with a tea, coffee, or milkshake watching the world go by is one of our favourite parts of the holiday. There are several pools, all kept at lovely temperatures, and the water park is fantastic for both kids and adults. Our daughter absolutely loves the Misi Kids Club. The staff are brilliant, and we always feel completely safe leaving her there with her friends and cousins. The activities are so much fun, and the green/red pass system is excellent — allowing children either to come and go independently or requiring staff to call parents before leaving. It gives real peace of mind during both the day and evening, especially while parents enjoy the shows. There are also bookable restaurants if you fancy a change. We particularly enjoy the BBQ restaurant, and the rosé wine there is lovely. Drinks throughout the hotel feel premium, with plenty of choice and no shortage — and yes, you can even have them delivered to your sunbed by a waiter on roller skates! The entertainment, both day and evening, is first class. The shows are always enjoyable, and the entertainment team are so much fun. I especially love getting involved in the poolside games, shooting, archery, mini golf, and darts. There are also extra activities available on the beach, such as banana boat rides, which the kids absolutely love. The gym and spa are really well equipped, and the treatments are very reasonably priced. This year I had a lovely lymphatic massage which I would highly recommend. The fitness programme is excellent too, with classes suitable for all abilities. I’ve attended sessions with Dogukan for the past 3 years — he is incredibly experienced, skilled, and supportive. He somehow makes anti-gravity yoga look effortless and always takes the time to help everyone master the movements (while helping us burn off some of those amazing coffee shop cakes!). Overall, this is hands down the best holiday of our year. We even find ourselves singing the Club Megasaray song long after we’ve come home! Already counting down the days until we return.

“Mega Tatil”

Excellent hotel with great value for money. The location is perfect, the food is delicious, and the facilities are very well maintained. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

This is the second time visiting. Last year they took feedback very seriously and looked further to improve. This year not so much! Positive feedback: I noticed that compared to last year, they come in and clean and change towels every day this year. They use a way of communication via WhatsApp available from 8am -22:00 so that is cool, there is always someone answering. They also started renovations on areas where la year I personally mentioned they need to do it, so it is a good sign. The parties this year are next level! They were very nice and the entertainment staff very welcoming and making a great atmosphere. Negative feedback: As a returning customer I was expecting to maybe get some complementary something… but nope. My overall opinion is that some staff members should be cut off! Most of them are very attentive and nice, but some of them can ruin everything. 1 morning there our room was missed on minibar refill. I wrote to the reception and they promised they refill it every day, so I thought maybe they do it later. No refill came. Last full day they also skip our room on refill. This time I pushed and insisted for refill! Even though they said they will do it urgently, it happened after almost 2 h after I complained a second time. I also left some tips one morning for both the minibar(5€) and the cleaning staff (10€). But upon coming back to my room, I realised that the minibar person took it all, as the cleaning staff left no sign they got it 🙈. Some of the pool bartenders pretend they do not see you standing there and just serve others, but not sure how they decide that. Some of the mini club staff kind of ignore the children who do not speak: Russian, German or Turkish… so that is annoying, as you mostly have to stay with the child. Last year my daughter hugged all the girls, as they were very nice even though she spoke no English/german/ Russian/Turkish. The à la carte restaurants are not worth it if you have to pay for them, initially we reserved 2, so one is free and the other to pay. Is like 15€ per adult and 7 per child, but overall food, very little, and most drinks are to be paid extra. So not worth it.
