In the middle of Belek, room was large, huge Bed, good size wardrobe area, bathroom double shower and sinks, room cleaned and replenished every day. Buffet of good quality lots to choose from, fresh made omelette's in the morning with great selection of fruit cheese, pastry’s fresh orange juice and waitress service for drinks. Lunch time there is an alternative dining outside in what looks like a Parisian courtyard and a great selection including Turkish food, you can pay extra €10 each for à la cart dining Asian, Italian, Otterman, Mexican, worth a visit. Shows were great every night at 21:30 - 22:30 defo worth a watch, beautiful piano bar with a dessert area which was off the main reception. swimming pool was great, large with bridges and little islands, water slides, children’s area with, adult area over 16’s too, shops in the complex gift shop reasonable for evil eye but other bits a bit pricey but great gifts well worth a shop, we played the Dunes and the Pines Golf course, with free transfers from hotel with use of the sister hotel Sueno food drink etc. We went to a local market Kadriye which sells lots of trainers etc, we used the taxi outside hotel main reception,Iren VIP transfer which took 12 mins in traffic and so we would get the return taxi, we spent two hours shopping and then we called to collect, € 40 later, we won’t be using them again.

Hotel as usual excellent as were the amazing staff the only major downside was the A/C was not working in the rooms bearing in mind outsu temp 25/30 degs Was told by a technician they still considered it to be in winter season not very acceptable Our room 4277 faces the sun afternoon onwards like bring sat in a oven not very good. Was told that it would be rectified soon more than likely after we depart on the 20th.played golf on the 2 courses both excellent but very difficult Would we come back next year 50/50 only if A:C was gaurenteed . Fabulous hotel in a great location. Fantastic food at the buffet and other cafes and restaurants. Again top quality drinks all top shelf spirits. Majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were lucky to get a fantastic room with a massive terrace. Very clean resort with plenty of sun beds and sitting areas. The only problem was the occasional drunk. I know we were at an all inclusive resort. But the staff do have some responsibility in not serving people who are incapable of standing up. I had an incident where a man was unable to stand up and fell over. We helped him to the shuttle bus to get him back from the golf area to the main hotel. Not one member of staff was really interested in helping him back. I spoke to customer service and hopefully in future the staff would be more proactive. We would definitely recommend and return to the hotel.
