This happens in Paloma Foresta Hotel, Kemer, Turkey... I came for the international conference and forgot my laptop in the taxi. Benjamin ( customer advisor ) an excellent person if you need advice on anything and is a credit to Paloma Foresta on the downside big queues at the bar only 2 guys working very hard to cope. We were nervous before going, having read previous reviews. we did have a good week but there are lots of issues with this hotel -the hotel is dirty in lots of areas, toilets smell, not cleaned, glasses left around, dirty sunbeds and the pool had a film on the top of it.
