The resort was fantastic starting from check in was smooth and professional , the facilities were amazing with the flowers and greenery areas all over the resort , the rooms were amazing we got free upgrade from deluxe room to suite which was good surprise for us thanks to the hotel management we find also welcoming fruits basket and drinks in the suit , the beds were very comfy and the view from the balcony was stunning we were be able to see the massive view of the mountains and in other side the sweet Mediterranean sea which we like drinking coffee and spend time in the balcony , the aqua of course was great and we had fun time , there is mermaid show through out the day and we experienced first time the foam party on the pool which we liked the most . Of course the buff air meals and drinks was lovely and high quality everything you prefer you will find , animation team did great efforts to please the guests and make us happy and the all the staff was decent and work with professionalism, we had quality time at the beach and we enjoyed the waves , in general it was great experience and had the best time , we thank you for everything .

Really enjoyed my stay at Daima Biz Hotel! The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, plenty of activities throughout the day, and there’s always something to do whether you’re with friends or family. The animation team keeps everyone entertained, aqua aerobics and Zumba sessions were also a great way to start the day. Dj puts on cool music The mermaid show was beautiful and the kids absolutely loved it. The staff especially ELBEK were friendly and welcoming, and the whole place felt relaxing despite there being so much to do. Overall, it was a great holiday and I’d definitely come back.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable holiday. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. A special thank you goes to the bartender Kerem, who makes the best cocktails in the hotel – they are both delicious and beautifully presented. The food was varied and tasty, with plenty of options every day. Occasionally, there were queues for the most popular dishes, and in the evenings there was also a line at the bar for drinks, but this was not a major issue for us. The only downside regarding the restaurant was that some plates were not always perfectly clean. The hotel could definitely benefit from renovation, as it is starting to show its age, but everything is still in reasonably good condition and it did not affect our holiday. The entertainment team did a good job, with fun activities during the day and a disco every evening until 1:00 AM. The minibar was refilled regularly. One of the biggest drawbacks was the lack of available sunbeds. We had to reserve them on the beach around 8:00 AM because by 10:00 AM there were usually none left. The same situation applied to the pool area. Another disappointment was that our bed linen was not changed even once during our one-week stay, which is below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. We did not use the water park, so we cannot comment on it. Despite these minor drawbacks, we had a great holiday. The delicious food, wide selection of drinks, excellent cocktails, friendly staff, and pleasant atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable. With some renovation and improvements regarding the sunbeds and housekeeping, this hotel could easily become even better.
