Staff are friendly and helpful, spa offers great deals and service on treatments, I treated my mum and myself to fully body massage on the first day and it was so good we booked again for the last day. Good quality food available throughout the day either in the main restaurant or snack bar. Overall very clean and facilities at a good standard. Star award goes to Şehmus who sorted all our travel and excursion needs during our stay, very attentive and easy to work with. Made our trip stress free and able to enjoy the extra activities available outside of the hotel.

The main reason I chose to return to this hotel was the Zen Spa center, and once again, my expectations were exceeded! Right from the start, I was warmly welcomed at the reception by Amel and Aris. They showed me remarkable respect and appreciation, creating a perfectly tailored body treatment package just for me at an excellent price (hamam, massage sessions, face and body masks). Having Kadek take care of me again was a true blessing. Her dedication, care, and amazing skills made me feel absolutely excellent throughout my entire stay. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Amel, Aris, and Kadek, for your outstanding care, your absolute professionalism, and for turning this vacation into an unforgettable experience. “Great hospitality”

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ We recently stayed at Grand Ring Hotel in Kemer and overall had a pleasant holiday. The hotel is in a beautiful location with easy access to the beach, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and worked hard to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Baran (guest relations) really went out of his way to make it special arranging transport and booking a restaurant for our anniversary meal. Sehmus was also very helpful when we realised we left our i pad on the plane. He communicated with the airport to make sure we got it back and also organised a lovely boat trip. Kayra and Yasin went out of their way to make sure we had a poolside room - thank you. The pool area was great with plenty of sunbeds available. The beach is accessed by a tunnel which goes under the road or you simply cross the road to another pool area and again plenty of beds on the beach and on the jetty itself. The entertainment was a little mixed but we appreciate it was early in the season. Our room was comfortable and kept clean during our stay. The main area that could be improved is the food. While there was always something available to eat, it appeared to be geared primarily towards Middle Eastern tastes and preferences, so guests looking for a wider range of international or European-style options may find the selection somewhat limited. In addition, some of the hot dishes were not served as hot as we would have liked. Despite these issues, we had a good holiday and appreciated the hotel's location, facilities, and hardworking staff. With some improvements to the food selection and temperature of the meals, the experience would be even better.

First of all let me begin by saying that I have nothing but the highest praise for most of the general hotel staff. Overall it was a fairly enjoyable trip with a few negatives. Pros. + Modern feeling hotel + Drink selection is great + Staff generally very friendly + conveniently positioned + Plenty of free water stations + Hotel shop reasonably priced + Entertainment and animation team fantastic + Plenty of seating and sun loungers. +Bathroom amenities good Cons. - restaurant is simply too small for the amount of guests in terms of service space, queues from quickly and dont dissipate. - Limited choices especially for breakfast. Gets extremely busy and chaotic - Not accessible at all. There are steep marble stairs everywhere as well as ledges blending into the floor (saw 2 falls personally) - Toilets at the beach bar are down a steep spiral staircase with little to no lighting - Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Overly firm although that is subjective it seemed to be a common gripe among guests i spoke to -Air Conditioning times out after around 30 minutes, making for a very hot night time wake up - No early breakfast option for early transfers (even toast would have done) - "Bedsheet" is basically a medium sized bath towel. Im 6'1 and my calfs poked out of the bottom, its also very thin -Beds made daily and replaced water but that's all the cleaners did. Bins not emptied etc Several times -Late Lobby bar is in the 2nd floor with no outdoor seating -Stairs to beach bar are dangerous as they have missed steps mid way down and dim lighting. Although you can get there across a road further down that's not very busy As for personal experiences one of our party did end up hospitalized with food poisoning, although this could have easily been from pool/sea swimming or food. She did not leave the hotel, apart from the hospital trip, for the whole week. Overall I would probably not return, with a few simple improvements like contrast or grip tape on stairs and steps it would be much better for older Travellers or those with mobility issues (2 of our party had knee replacements and have to be careful). A little more food variety would have been nice, again im aware that this is personal preference. I also probably wouldnt catagorise it as 5* even in the more budget end.
