Staff were super friendly, rooms were very clean. We booked 2 rooms to accommodate a family of 5 and they were so helpful in making sure we were happy with our room and even offered to give us a room that had an internal door so we could access both rooms with ease. Everyone was so friendly with the kidsand their was staff always cleaning and walking around bring you drinks etc. Kids loved this hotel! You wont be disappointed! Thank you Miss Hatice for greeting us in the corridors with a huge smile every morning - my daughter loved leaving notes for her to thank her for cleaning our rooms everyday ❤️

Hard to call this a 5 star resort, more like 4 stars. We read tons of reviews prior to choosing this resort and due to some writing "disregard the few negative ones, the resort was amazing"(as well as many others) we decided to book this resort. In hindsight we'd probably chosen differently. We were travelling with 2 small children (3 year olds) so we were looking for family friendly alteranatives. Starting with the good, the service staff where all top notch, attentative and kept the place clean. The few sales people (spa and shops) where not at all pushy which we've experienced in other places in turkey. The check-in was smooth and even if not all staff know english there were always someone that did. Rooms were cleaned every day and minifridge was always topped up with water, and the available drinks in the all inclusive were plenty and enough. There were 2 snack bars that served freshly cooked smaller meals in between the buffe that were pretty good. Now the bad. Food was bland and they served the same food for every meal the whole week which was very dissapointing. There were a lot of different dishes and desserts but all pretty much tasted the same and just had different shapes. The all inclusive was a bit disapointing due to not being available all the time. For us with small kids we wanted to be able to just fetch ice cream or fruit or some lighter snack whenever we wanted. That was not possible as fruit and ice cream were only available in the restaurant during service (and we were not allowed to take fruit out of the restaurant for the kids). The snack bars were open between 12 and 16 which meant we needed to time the kids nap in order to have time to eat something before dinner. Otherwise we could only get some cake or pastries (that were the same desserts from the lunch service) from the cafe that opened between 16 - 18. If just the bars would had included some fruits or other light snacks this would've been a none issue. There were enough facilities for our kids to be activated the whole week but people were smoking.. everywhere. Sure there were some areas which were smoke free but everywhere by the pools people were smoking. The location of this resort is pretty much in a small village with not much happening. The room was a bit run down, bubbly wallpaper and we got some ants in our room. If were would've travelled without kids and been more heavy drinkers this trip might've been fine (disregarding the food). But as a family trip with small children, cannot recommend.
