We had a wonderful holiday at Rai Premium Tekirova as a family with one child. There were always some free sunbeds at the beach, by the pools and at the aquapark, no matter what time we came. The main pool was large enough and did not feel too crowded. The pool activities were loud, but at a normal level and not extremely loud or aggressive. They were also well organised. There were enough staff members at the bars, so we were served quickly and did not have to wait in long queues. The same was true at the buffet, where we could take food without waiting in line. We also really liked how close everything was. The beach, pools and main restaurant were all within a short walking distance. The large shaded areas at the beach were very practical. You can stay properly in the shade without having to move your sunbed. There are also sunbeds in the sun for guests who prefer sunbathing. The aquapark is excellent, with many slides for both children and adults. Some of the adult slides are really exciting. The indoor pool, two jacuzzis, sauna and steam room are included. One member of our family had two massages at the spa and was very happy with their quality. The evening shows were excellent and included some really impressive performances, such as motorcyclists riding inside a metal sphere. A very special thank you to Barış Özcan, the Restaurant Chief. He even learned a few Czech phrases, and remembered our usual drinks and habits. He regularly checked that we had everything we needed and always noticed what might help us before we even realised it ourselves. He gave us a lovely start to every day, and we always looked forward to seeing him. We would also like to thank the evening restaurant staff. Unfortunately, we do not know the names of the waiters who took such excellent care of us, but we really appreciated their service. During our stay, most guests were Russian-speaking, so Russian was commonly spoken by the staff. The level of English varied and was somewhat limited, but we were always able to find someone who could understand us and help us get what we needed. In the end, this was never a serious problem for us. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday. Thank you to the whole team!
