Just returned from a 6 night stay at Rixos Tekirova. We arrived and provided our room key. Unfortunately the sea view we had paid for was very obstructed (side view and blocked by trees) so they did change this immediately for us. Second room so much nicer with views of pool and sea. Good sized room, our only criticism of the room would be the poor air conditioning. During the night the room was a balmy 22-23 degrees with the AC on! it was cooler to leave the balcony doors open. Food was good, Turqouise restaurant being the main for all meals. Plenty of choice, salads delicious. Could always find something to enjoy. We only tried Peoples (evening) and La Rosetta (free when we were there, payable from 01/05) as other options. Both Ok, wouldn't worry if I missed out on them if I went again. Evening entertainment really good while we were there although the show only lasted around 40-45 mins. No sunbed wars where we liked to sit but early sunbed ''hoggers'' around the smallish heated pool. Not our vibe as way too busy with noise and right next to the bar. Beach was very busy, always plenty of people down there. We would have experienced the water sports but at 100 euros for 15 mins on a jet ski we didn't feel was worth it. One of our party had a birthday while we were away, we had balloons in the room, brought a birthday cake, fruit & sweet platters and a bottle of bubbly to the room which was a very nice touch. All courtesy of the hotel. Whilst all staff were very polite we found that British were in a minority and other nationalities were incredibly rude at times, pushing their way in front for lifts, drinks etc. This is a large resort so a lot to explore! We ventured out to Kemer one day - 170 TL (under £3) return per person (far cheaper than the 65 euros return the hotel charged for a taxi). There was clearly something going on there on the day we visited as there were road blockages and loads of Police, we didn't get as far as the harbour where we wanted to go as seemed a bit chaotic. Looked around a few shops and jumped on the bus to go back - maybe next time!

First time at a rixos hotel and it was excellent. AI and as it states all premium drinks. Food was very good in the main restaurant as well as the food court during the day. Staff could not help you enough with particular shout out to the pool waiters on their blades ( Hassan ) and the entertainment team with a special mention for Mo. The whole site was immaculate. Plenty of recreational activities to do throughout the day. Highly recommended

We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel, which is labelled as Rixos Premium brand. Having experienced Rixos Premium hotels in other countries, I found the standards here not quite aligned with the same level of quality. • Alcohol & Premium Branding: I enjoy vodka, and this was the first Rixos Premium hotel where Smirnoff and Absolut were presented as “premium” brands. I was surprised that Grey Goose or Belvedere were not included, which felt inconsistent with the premium label. • Mini Bar & Room Facilities: Our family suite had two mini bars, but only one was replenished. The other contained only bottled water. Additionally, when requesting an iron and ironing board, we were told via the LUMIN app that irons must be collected after use due to health and safety, and cannot be kept in the room. • Dining & Reservations: Booking à la carte restaurants was nearly impossible. Reservations open daily at 10 AM on the app, but securing a table proved very difficult. Overall, the food was average, similar to a standard all‑inclusive holiday. • Exclusive Club Concept: The hotel has an Exclusive Club section with villas, butler service, and a private restaurant. While impressive, it creates a contradiction the “premium” brand feels diluted when a separate elite tier is marketed within the same property. • Coffee Service: Starbucks coffee is served from a machine, not by a barista. It looks authentic in branded cups but tastes more like vending‑machine coffee. • Shops & Atmosphere: The hotel has convenient shops, but prices are high, and items include jewellery, watches, branded clothes, and even fake designer handbags. • Beach & Scenery: The location offers stunning mountain views, but the beach is pebbled and would benefit from investment to create a more luxurious sandy setting. • Room & Shower: Our family room garden view room was comfortable, but the shower was disappointing. It was very small comparable to a UK telephone box and poorly designed, with water flowing outside the cubicle, requiring towels to soak up the excess each time. • Maintenance: While the hotel is partially aesthetically situated, certain areas require attention. Public toilets, for example, are in need of refurbishment and touch‑ups. • Security Concerns: The only worrying part of my stay was leaving the resort with my family for a walk to nearby shops and a pharmacy. Not a single staff member at the gate questioned us on exit or return. I was able to walk back into the hotel without any checks, which felt concerning from a safety perspective. • Facilities & Recreation: The hotel has a lovely water park for younger guests, as well as adult recreation facilities including tennis, football, and other activities. There is also a spa, which we chose not to use as prices felt overpriced. Onsite services include a doctor, mini market, and more, which add convenience. • Staff & Service: All the hotel staff worked hard and were consistently pleasant. I did not meet a single staff member who wasn’t friendly or engaging. Some staff struggled with English, but this was never an issue with WiFi and translation apps, it often became a fun way to laugh and joke together. • Noise Around Family Rooms - Villa area : The family garden view rooms and villas are located near the Lotus Bar and food court area. Unfortunately, this means loud noise from the evening entertainment stage and blasting music continues until just after midnight, making it difficult to relax or sleep early. Positives: The hotel has lovely features, an ice cream shop, family‑friendly facilities, and breathtaking scenery. It feels like a safe holiday destination overall, with plenty to enjoy. Conclusion: While marketed as a premium brand, the experience felt closer to a 4.5‑star hotel. Five nights was plenty, and I would recommend this hotel for families, but with the expectation that it does not fully match the premium standards seen at other Rixos properties worldwide.
