Just home from a 6 day break with my adult daughter and my opinion is from British perspective and I’m fair as you can see from my other travel reviews. As a hotel it is beautiful, clean and rooms are lovely. I do like that all rooms are in the main building. The spa is stunning and spa staff are lovely. The main pool is spotless and very comfy loungers. Beach is accessible direct from the hotel and there’s beach area and a large pier with loungers. The beach bar serves lunch 12-4pm and table service if you don’t fancy the main restaurant stampede although menu is limited in the beach bar. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable, lots of wardrobe space. Tv is not satellite so you’ll only get CNN and Bloomberg as it’s catered more to Turkish and Russian guests. Air con didn’t work in our room and there’s only green tea and one sachet of coffee in the room. No milk either and paper cups. You need to leave a label on the door if you want a clean and that only means towels, bin empty and loo roll top up. You don’t get any hot drink supplies topped up. No usb points in the rooms. Lifts to all floors and they have a pool hoist lift chair for disabled guests so big points there. Now for the bad which justifies the score from British perspective. Pamphlet mentions drinks that are not available such as rum, champagne, wine selection, fresh orange juice… the bar staff are a gamble as you ask for a cocktail and it’s anyone’s guess what they throw in it. Only dry gin, whiskey and vodka available and efes. watched glasses being rinsed under a tap and put on the shelf, cocktail shakers not washed between drinks, no sugar free options of soft drinks so diabetics. single use paper and plastics cups and plastic straws. Bid of credit to mehmet in the patio bar, very friendly and he did make consistently palatable cosmopolitans. Entertainment operates flexi time so if it says it starts at 9pm, it’ll be 9.45 and short lived. The entertainment team are friendly and helpful but if you want to be entertained then go somewhere else as it’s catered to Russian speakers expect all loungers on the beach to be gone by dawn, big queues in the restaurant so you need patience A short walk away is a market area so you can grab a bottle of drink (expensive) and milk and do a bit of shopping. Bus to Kemer is about £3 and about an hour or a cab is £25 each way and it’s 15 mins. Kemer is pretty and clean. Market days are Monday and Thursday but if you want a market, book a trip to Antalya and have dinner or lunch there if you just want great weather and a pool then this is ok
