As part of my wife’s 70th birthday celebration, and after doing my usual research, I kept on being drawn back and decided on booking 14 nights at the Bayou Villa’s. What can I say, best decision ever. We have been lucky to have spoiled ourselves with some excellent holidays over the years but what we have just experienced, has placed Bayou Villa’s at the top of our list, and as I type, we are discussing booking our return visit. On arrival the extremely pleasant and professional Tuba took us through the extremely smooth check-in process and it was only at this point that my wife became aware that we were staying in a villa. (At this point, I would encourage anyone to view the Bayou Villa website as this is a true reflection of what to expect during your stay.) I could go on and on in this review but would summarise the following which I felt I had to share with the Guest Relations team whilst we were still on holiday: Holidays are for relaxing and this has been our most relaxing one yet. This was down to a lot of things but just to name a few. - the villa (103) that was our home for two weeks, exceptional - Tuba, Vera, Anna, Enes, Anna, Ferhad (guest relations team). They kept us informed of everything that was going, efficiently dealt with any of our requests - exceptional - the overall resort and high quality choices, exceptional - room service - exceptional - housekeeping - exceptional - laundry service - exceptional - Sadak’s cocktails - exceptional To anyone reading this review I can only encourage you to go ahead and book your next vacation with Bayou Villa’s as I cannot imagine you ever being disappointed. And to everybody at Bayou Villas and Lara Barut Collection hotel, hope to see you soon. Best Regards Garry & Carmel

“PARADISE WITH FUN AND FROLICS”

I have, yet again, just returned from Bayou Villas, having been spoilt rotten with luxurious accommodation, outstanding cuisine, exceptional service with many smiles and courtesy. Let me start with Ilhan Korkmaz, the Bayou Villas Manager, who is so passionate and diligent in his position; I can honestly say, he can never do enough for me! Alongside him, Ozan, Salih, Burak and Tolga, are so kind and helpful, such gentlemen. In Guest Relations, Vera, Enes, Tügba, Alper, Ferhad, Melike, Anna and Orkun, nothing is too much trouble. The Bar boys, Samet, Attama, Bilal and Sahdik (spelling?) know exactly what I would like and when, so much so I don’t have to even ask. What can I say about Housekeeping? They are exceptional, headed up by Neymet (spelling?) and Emel, ALL the girls take great pride in their work and I appreciate every one of them. I can’t name them all, because I think I’m going to run out of space. The Weik, Mustafa, Serkan, Serkan, Emine, DOA, Dowan, Meto, Yusuf, The Turunc, Vedat, Harun, Orkun, Bulut, the girls, the chefs, the main restaurant at the hotel, all offer the yummiest food. Talking of the hotel, Lara Barut, is a short stroll and you will receive the same amazing welcome; it’s seamless connection with Bayou Villas enables all guests to enjoy the bars, restaurants, the boutiques, the Jewellers, the Hairdresser, the Gift Shop, The Spa, The Gym, the massive pool, children’s play area, the entertainment, and of course, your own private Cabana on the beach with personal service. The cleanliness of both the Villas and Hotel, in my opinion, is unprecedented, considering how many guests there are. From the bottom of my heart, my love and thanks go to The General Manager, his Deputy, Ilhan, ALL their wonderful staff, including the gardeners, maintenance, pool guys, Call Centre, Guest Relations, Hotel Reception and, by no means least, Cengiz, who looks after all the cats with love and care. Thank you for another memorable and outstanding holiday.

“WOW - this is luxury.”

I could sum up our review in one word – WOW! Everything about the Bayou Villas is luxury. The food, drinks, accommodation & service levels are all off the charts. I won’t say too much about the actual accommodation itself, as you can take a tour of each villa online. However, it is fair to say that the accommodation exceeded all our expectations, even although we had taken the online tour before booking. There are also lots of nice surprises within the villa, such as the high-end toiletries, well stocked fridge & mini bar, and lots of other little extras that just make it more special. Our mini bar was always well stocked by Dogan, who chatted away to us on a regular basis & always checked if we had everything we needed – even if we were just lying at our private pool he would pop his head out & check we didn’t need anything. That level of personal service is something we really appreciated from various members of the Villas staff. Another example of this high service level was our regular housekeeper Rahimi. Hopefully I have spelt her name correctly, as she didn’t speak any English & didn’t wear a name badge unlike most of the other staff. She not only kept our villa & patio area spotless and topped up all our toiletries, etc, but every day she greeted us with a big smile & a wave when she came in to carry out her work. All the restaurants, bars & other facilities within Barut Lara are available to villa guests, but there are also a bar/lounge & separate restaurant only for villa guests. Both are excellent. The bar stocks a great range of spirits, including some nice Scottish malts & the service from our regular barman Sidik (again I hope I have spelt correctly) was great. The range and quality of food available in the exclusive restaurant for villa guests (Weik restaurant) was so good that we ate there many more nights than we had planned. Our regular server within the restaurant was a young lady called Gamze. After our very first visit she was already remembering our preferences & provided a very attentive service. Although the villas are indeed fantastic, they would not be the same without the team of staff working at this resort. Every single member of staff we met seemed to genuinely want to provide a great experience for guests. This is led by the guest relations team who keep in contact with you on a regular basis to ensure you have everything you need. Our regular contact at Guest Relations was a young lady called Tuba, who is a perfect choice for guest relations. She is friendly & gets things done quickly for you. She ensured we had everything we needed and dealt with all restaurant bookings & special requests. She also arranged a very nice anniversary dinner for us & we returned to our room to find sparkling wine & chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us. Tuba & the rest of the staff we have mentioned in our review are an absolute credit to Bayou Villas & without a doubt made a fantastic holiday even more special. We loved it that much that we are returning in September this year, but this time we are also taking our family so they too can experience the magic of Bayou Villas. “Amazing holiday”

Bayou Villas, Antalya - absolutely beautiful villa inside and out. The outdoor area was so beautiful. The lagoon was so tropical you felt like you were in Bali. The service throughout our holiday was impeccable from all staff. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning.
