Just spent half term week with my wife, son, daughter in law and granddaughters (13 and 10) at this hotel. It is a fantastic hotel, fully inclusive and has a standard of service which makes for a great holiday. The sports and water park facilities are second to none and despite that it was half-term there were no queues at the slides, flumes and other facilities. There are specific water park facilities for younger children and a "fairground" containing rides and entertainment facilities you would not expect in a hotel. The grounds are huge and access to the beach is direct. The access to the sea is soft sand but small stones as you enter the water. To put it mildly food and drink are plentiful. There are food outlets throughout the grounds so you will never go hungry including vegan. Drink outlets are many and the hotel has the usual skating drinks waiters and also little cycles pulling trailers giving ice creams, water and alcoholic drinks. Sports are plentiful as are shows in the evenings. There is a cinema showing mixed language films between English, German, Russian and Turkish. There is even a bowling alley and well stocked gym. As for a few specifics: There are a number of a la carte restaurants which have to be booked but at no cost. My family tried them and did not like the food in the Greek restaurant. Booking involves queueing to register so some patience is needed if you wish to dine a la carte. The main buffet restaurant is huge and there is something for everyone. The table service is excellent and I cannot fault it but it does encourage "over-eating" as there is so much choice. If you like to swim or just play in the pools there are several including one huge one and one in which you have to be over 14. The pools are generally 1.4 metres depth so good for relaxing. There are some outside events so no getting bored but plenty of places to find peace and quiet. Our rooms were fine and with plenty of room and the usual facilities. Reception staff were very helpful and my only criticism (as an older person) is that there is a huge reliance on "Tech" such as QR codes and e.g. no freely offered paper map of the site but if you ask for one it will be provided. The usual competition with the Germans for beds never happens are there are so many it isn't necessary to get up at dawn to place your towels. In fact you cant place towels unless you stay with them before 8.30. One minor issue is that we are used to being able to have two towels by the pool but you only get a towel card which entitles one towel per person. Many of the restaurant staff are Indonesian and models or courtesy and helpfullness. Would we go again with the family? Definitely.

Absolutely unreal, one of our favourite holidays to date in Antalya. The hotel, facilities, staff, variety is out of this world. We upgraded to a sea view room, well worth the money. Absolutely unreal, one of our favourite holidays to date in Antalya. The hotel, facilities, staff, variety is out of this world. We upgraded to a sea view room, well worth the money. Travelling with a 3 year old, this hotel has everything and more for children. One bug - the booking of a la cartes, you have to go to a kiosk at front desk before 9am if you want a table the following evening. I always did get a table, but it was the hassle of doing it. Get a working APP and people will really appreciate it. Cant wait to go back.

We went to this hotel again after 7 years. I forgot how good this hotel is for families and couples alike. We were a group of 8 ladies with 2 children celebrating my mums 75th birthday. The hotel staff were exceptional and rooms were very big and modern. The B block suited us fine as it was central to everything and we have another lift next to our rooms which went straight to the buffet or lower level to get to the pools. I know many have said D block is best but this is quite far from the buffet and Irish Bar/spa etc so we were very happy as my mum can’t walk a lot. The beach bags, hats and T shirts given by the hotel are a nice touch ( thank you Gullo O for finding the pink T shirts for my daughter- you went above and beyond! ). Having stayed at Rixos Belek for the last few years, this hotel is definitely value to money with regards to the food offering and facilities. I did find the food quality to be not so good as Rixos, especially in the buffet but for half the price we paid, it did not bother us. The many events which now take place is a bonus such as Candyland and Pool party. If you attend the events a little later they are less crowded. The day time food choices is excellent and I would say you have more choice compared to Rixos. The kids club was good and my 7 years old made a few crafts but it’s quite out of the way so we didn’t use it as much as we’d like to. The go karts looked good but this was payable. It would be nice if this and the arcades were included to make it on par with other hotels in the area. The heated pools were lovely and still heated on the really hot days. Before we left the forecasts were showing 23 degree and rain and it’s was high 20s to low 30s all week. The bigger waterpark is great for older kids and smaller ones for toddlers. We found the shows in that evening to be ok. On some days they were excellent and others standard but it was something to do in the evening. We did go to the lands of legend shopping area to see the fountains and shows one evening. It was 25 mins by taxi which was organised by the hotel. We also went to the shops across the hotel and as they are on the side street, the prices were cheaper than the main strip. The T-shirts and bags were of good quality and prices were very reasonable compared to Belek town which we went to a few years ago. Thanks to the ladies at the patisserie- they were so attentive and were always asking if we wanted drinks. The pastries/ desserts and ice creams were a hit with the family. We didn’t have to wait long for drinks at any of the outlets which was good considering we went at half term and when Eid was on. The hotel was at full capacity but it didn’t feel like it. The buffet did get busy so we either went at 6.30 when it opened or at 8pm when it was quiet. The themes and decorations were extravagant and well organised. We couldn’t get a booking for an al la carte and I would say this is one area they need to improve. The app wouldn’t work for us and we didn’t want to queue at 8am. Even though they have an app, there is no information on the daily shows, the buffet theme, kids club activities, times of events such as candyland etc which would be beneficial. There should be more help to get people booked on al la cartes as it seems some people go many times and others don’t get one at all during their stay. There were also not many vegetarian options in the al la carte menus which should maybe be looked at. The Gozleme ladies were so friendly and great at what they do. We went daily without fail! We did a private taxi transfer from the airport with Kozbay transfer who were very professional and had wonderful minibuses with TV etc. We did not have the massages but used the steam and sauna which were free. The spa area was very clean and facilities were excellent! I would not hesitate to come back again! We have also previously stayed at Delphin Imperial and this one is more modern although the offering is very similar. We will definitely look to book again!
