Beautiful resort, possible the best in antalya. Lovely and helpful staff espcially a worker at customer relations called Ahmed Abdullah, he was very helpful and sorted any issues we had. This resort is ideal for all.

Really nice hotel, great facilities. Resort doesn’t feel as big as others meaning more enjoyable and accessible. Gluten free options could be improved in the buffet restaurant and some of the à la carte restaurants. Being someone who has recently been diagnosed with gluten intolerance to being at an all inclusive resort and no Gluten free beer options was slight frustrating. We stayed here as a couple without L children, and I think that’s important context before you read this. This hotel is very much geared towards families, and it does that very well. There’s loads going on, plenty of pools, constant activity, and you can see why people with young kids would love it. If you’ve got children to entertain all day, you won’t be short of options. The drinks were excellent across the board, and the roller-skating team are brilliant, you’re never left waiting with an empty glass. We actually tipped at the end of the holiday rather than at the start, which says a lot about the service. It was consistently good without needing to “encourage” it. Staff in general were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and always approachable. Reception and guest relations in particular dealt with a noisy neighbour for us quickly and without any fuss, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself looks great in parts. The lobby is beautiful, rooms are nice, and the gym is one of the better hotel gyms we’ve used. Good equipment and well looked after. During the day, food options are decent. There are loads of places to grab something quick, and the quality is noticeably better than in the evenings. The kebabs were a highlight. Now for the downsides, and for us this is what would stop us returning. The evening food was really disappointing. There’s plenty of choice, but the quality just isn’t there. The buffet is extremely busy and feels more like a large canteen than a relaxed dining experience. Unless you stick to simple things like salad, most dishes are pretty underwhelming. Not awful, just not enjoyable. The à la carte restaurants didn’t improve things. They’re all located in the basement, which feels tired and has a noticeable damp smell, completely at odds with the rest of the hotel. We actually left the Greek restaurant before ordering because the menu was so limited. The Chinese restaurant was okay, probably a 5 out of 10, but nothing memorable. The basement area in general needs attention. It feels dated and worn, and the damp smell doesn’t help. Even small things like the pool tables felt a bit off. We paid €8 for 30 minutes, and despite there being other free tables, we were still asked to stop or pay again as soon as the time was up. Just felt unnecessary. Another thing to note, we think we visited during a Russian school holiday, so most of the entertainment was in Russian. That’s not really a complaint, more an observation. The hotel was clearly catering to its main audience, but it did add to the feeling that we weren’t quite the target guest. The pools themselves are great, but if you want a good spot, especially by the heated pool, you’ll need to be up early. Around 8am if you want a decent bed. Also worth noting the sunbeds are quite close together, so it can feel a bit cramped. Overall, we wouldn’t return, mainly because food is a big part of a holiday for us and it just didn’t hit the mark. If you’re a couple looking for great food and a more relaxed atmosphere, this probably isn’t the place for you. If you’ve got young children and want a hotel that keeps them busy all day, with great service, loads of facilities, and plenty going on, you’ll likely have a very different experience to us and probably love it.
