We went as a family with a 3 year old from the uk who went for 10 days, we have travelled all over the world. The hotel is amazing, everywhere is very very clean. Food- Buffet is massive, lots of really nice food, it did get a little repetitive by the end of the 10 days, they do theme nights but the food is pretty similar every night. So much choice though. Deserts were really good where they are normally a let down at an all inclusive. Not really an option for a full English if you’re after that. The kebab place was really good. Drinks- the best selection of drinks we have had at an all inclusive, all very good quality with known branded drinks. Help yourself to beer and soft drinks in the fridges all over the resort, I had becks. Cocktails really nice all over the resort, there is a cocktail bar which would be charging £20 a cocktail if it was in England! Amazing. Staff on roller skates always asking you if you want a drinks, got a little frustrating as they would just keep asking even if you had a full drink! Better too much than not enough though. Facilities. We spent most days in the area for small children, it has the little slides, pool is heated. Little park there next to the mini club. Always managed to get a bed. The main pool was ok, especially the warm one. Also spent the day at the indoor pool which was busy as it rained, again heated We did go on the waterpark at the hotel which was ok, a little cold though, the waterpark which is shared was really disappointing, it was at least 25c everyday but the water was freezing. Not too bad if you just go on the odd slide but the mini splash park and mini area with slides on had next to no one there was the water was so cold. I did take my son on them but it was cold, we only spent 30 mins or so there. The main pool at the hotel was cold so not many people used this. The beach was nice, loads of beds, good bar on the pier aswell. The entertainment was ok. We didn’t do anything in the day so can’t comment. The kids club at night was ok, nothing special, most of the songs weren’t English, it took them ages to explain everything in 4 or 5 languages so this just confused the children, ok for a dance though. The shows after were all really good. A few very small negatives, 90% of the people at the hotel are German, lots of these are very rude. A lot of the staff speak very little English so can be hard at times to get the right drink or help with food etc, got a little frustrating after 10 days. the spa seemed really expensive so we didn’t use it. Our son has a milk allergy, there wasn’t an ice-cream option for him, most places now do a vegan ice-cream or a sorbet. The biggest negative was the cold water in the water park and main pool Overall a really good holiday, we were blown away how good the hotel is, the staff are really nice and help as much as they can but is limited at time due to the language barrier.
