here on 5th June for 1 week, i was with son and daughter and grandsons. we had a fabulous time. I'm not going into details like some I'm going to tell it as it is. the hotel is gorgeous, the pools are plenty and something for everyone, the slides kept the 3 boys amused all week, bars all branded and cocktails lovely. the food was lovely too. main dining room had everything for you it wasn't repetitive like most it ranged from sushi station, spit roasted chickens cut up by chef in front of you, outside grills doing all your meat also lots of lovely fish, pizza station and pasta cooking station. 3yr old grandson has autism all he eats is biscoffi biscuits, after few days ours run down, i spoke to the top chef (the one with the biggest hat) after explaining he got us a packet of them and again couple days later, always walking round checking everything. the staff were brilliant. even got a platter of mixed nuts, cakes, bottle of wine and large fruit platter in our room after a trolley bumped my daughter in dining room. Special mention to gino decampo , who every time he seen us done the best scouse accent and was really friendly. iv never done a review this long before but felt this hotel deserved it. were just a normal family who like holidays and this was definitely up there. i would 100% go back and tell anyone don't hesitate just book it

“Best holiday ever”

Excellent hotel, great location - Amazing staff, always willing to help and entertain guests. Gino De Campo is wonderful and also smiling and making jokes.

I have been here now twice (once in October and once just now in June) the entertainment is great during the day and there is something on every night down at the main stage entertainment eg a band, singers, BMX shows and the list goes on. There is multiple bars you are never wasting for long. Branded drinks, branded icecream unlimited. The rooms are spacious and clean. I will be returning here for sure. ALL the staff are amazing and friendly cannot complain I have been to Turkey 19 times, marmaris, foca, icemeler and bot here in Antalya. The airport ride is approx 20 minutes taxi from the hotel so no long transfers. Taxi cost approx £26 each way. Plenty of food choices and snack bar which is the fastest snack bar I ever been in. Here is a balanced review in English: We recently stayed at IC Green Palace and had mixed feelings about our experience. The hotel grounds are beautiful, well-designed, and very pleasant to walk around. There are plenty of activities for children, making it a good choice for families. The food was tasty, with a particularly good selection of fish and seafood dishes. Unfortunately, the service significantly affected our overall impression. Most of the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, despite receiving tips. When one of our belongings went missing, we repeatedly asked for assistance throughout the day, but no serious effort was made to help us locate it. Only after we requested to speak with a manager did someone finally go and search for the item. The attitude of some staff members during this situation was disappointing and unprofessional. Another area that needs improvement is cleanliness and organization around the swimming pools. The pool areas often appeared untidy and lacked proper maintenance and attention. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel’s beautiful surroundings, family-friendly atmosphere, and good food. However, because of the poor service and lack of responsiveness from the staff, we would not choose to return. We believe the hotel has great potential, but the customer service experience needs significant improvement.
