We had a great time with our toddler here and would definitely return in the future for a family holiday. It was our first time staying at an all-inclusive in Turkey, and my goodness the price performance ratio is so much better than in the Caribbean. I’d also like to commend waiter Khayrullo for his kind and attentive service. Highlights: -All the kid-oriented things: multiple kiddie pools with small slides, waterpark, kids club (staff here were also excellent), two playgrounds, nightly kids’ disco. Our little guy had so much fun he didn’t nap the entire time we were there 😅 -The cold section of the main restaurant, especially the mezeler and çiğ köfte A couple of notes: -Many foods that should have been hot were warm at the buffet and cold by the time we got to the table -Breakfast and dinner windows are on the short side — the last 45 minutes of each are chaotic and they sometimes start taking things away 20 minutes before the end times

“Good hotel”

This was a good hotel and lots to do. Buffet was good but would be good if change food options. The staff are friendly however limited english.

We are a family of four and stayed at this lovely hotel for a week: two adults and two boys aged 5 and 7. This was our first holiday in Turkey. We usually spend our vacations in other European destinations, so my impressions are based on those previous experiences. The hotel itself, the food, the beach, and the evening shows are all top-notch. None of the resorts or hotels we have stayed at in Europe have come close to this level of luxury. The kids’ club is a fantastic place for children to spend time. There are always activities taking place, and they even have their own lunch buffet. Our 5-year-old loved having lunch there instead of eating with his “oldies” in the restaurant. 😀 The main swimming pool is large, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. The entertainment programme around the pool is not overly packed, although most of the activities are aimed at adults, such as water spinning, aqua gym, and water polo. This is quite different from family hotels in the Canary Islands, where interactive activities involving the whole family are very common, such as water games, dancing, competitions, and other fun activities for both adults and children. That said, there were several impressive pool shows. Thanks to the size and depth of the pool, these performances would not be possible in smaller pools. There is also a separate pool for younger children. The on-site aquapark is another fantastic feature. A small suggestion: it would be great to have a few more activities where adults and children can participate together, not just in the pools but throughout the resort in general. The Guest Relations team was exceptionally helpful. Special thanks to Kubilay for assisting with some of the questions I had during our stay. I would really like to give this hotel the highest possible rating, but there is one major issue which, in my opinion, is unacceptable: glass around the pool area. Although there are signs at the bars recommending that guests do not take glassware to the pool area, there is no plastic alternative available. You either take a glass or go without a drink. Credit to the cleaning staff—they respond very quickly whenever glass is broken—but unfortunately it is not always possible to remove every tiny fragment. Some pieces may fall into the pool, while others can easily be missed on the ground. Our child cut his foot in two places and was bleeding. I also saw several other children being rushed to the lifeguard by their parents with similar injuries. Drinking from glass is certainly more pleasant, but in my opinion there should be an option to choose either a glass or a plastic cup when taking drinks to the pool area. I believe that most guests would choose the plastic option simply because it is much safer. While glassware may contribute to a more premium atmosphere, prioritising that level of elegance at the expense of guest safety—especially children’s safety—feels like the wrong decision.
