We had a fantastic family holiday at Paloma Finesse and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly resort. The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely big pool, great facilities and plenty to keep both adults and children entertained. The food was varied, and there was always something for everyone. A special mention has to go to Fatma, who worked as a waitress at the pool bar. She was absolutely amazing throughout our stay, always smiling and so friendly. She remembered our drinks, checked in on us regularly and genuinely made us feel so welcome. She is a real credit to the hotel. The rest of the pool bar staff were also brilliant. The service was consistently friendly, quick and professional, which made spending time around the pool even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at Paloma Finesse for helping make our family holiday so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

“Best holiday !”

Absolutely amazing location. So clean and well decorated. Fantastic staff that go above and beyond…… like literally everyone. Food amazing. Pasta, pizza, grilled meats, fish station, Asian section, t bone steaks and the most amazing salads and breads/ dips. Honestly the best holiday ever !!!

A M A Z I N G A M A Z I N G A M A Z I N G What a resort - very different to the majority of All inclusive hotels Clean , Tidy & Tranquil . Respectful guests and children , quality food and staff that really care Was looking for something a little different , something new that operated in just a different way , and we found it. Spacious rooms , clean , well decorated and thoughtful extras such as sliding screens across the patio doors to keep insects out , many zones of subtle lighting helpful when children go to bed . Very quickly settled into the ' this is as good as my home' rather than the disappointing ive come away on holiday to substabdard accomodation. Pool was great , balanced number of sunbeds to residents meant the usual '7.30am sun bed grab' didnt happen. Beach was clean and tidy . High staffing levels meant the high standards were kept , and the staff although working hard always went the extra distance when you needed something. We recently had a child diagnosed with requiring a Gluten free diet , hotel fully understood the requirement and you fill in a medical form that is held under the room number for all chefs to see , you gave them a time and a resturant that you would be eating at and a food request and it would be there , freshly cooked , no cross contamination , they even baked 3 of his favourite cakes that he could request slices of whenever he wanted them . Quality varied family eveing entertainment , a more chilled a relaxed after party at the beach bar . Well designed accomodation blocks meant that even if you needed an early night you wasnt disturbed by the music as you couldnt hear it Safe beach , no large rocks under the surface and most days just gentle breaking waves perfect for young children Water park - 2 mins walk was again new , clean and catered for all wanting a gentle splash to full bore wipe outs . We went in late May/early June and never had to wait for a single ride going up the steps and straight down . 12 rides in total and easily rode them all 4 times each in a single session Both A-La carte resturants offered something different and the main buffet resturant was something else with all your staple favourites and daily specials , you will put of weight without self disipline Air con was very good and in all rooms and communial areas , Gym and Spa facilites top grade although the massages were a little high in price Traditional shops were about a 10 minute walk away along the seafront Total surprise on our day of departure we were worried about a lengthy travel time from being picked up to flights , to arrivals and driving home that food would be a real issue for a 10 year old lad having to go 8 hours without food , the hotel went above and beyound with a GF pizza , treats , filled rolls , and the remaining pieces of his cakes with a form for airport security at Antalya detailing we could take the food through under medical grounds. This forethought just isnt offered by 95% of resorts nowadays and just about sums up this fantastic resort in the Paloma group . If your thinking of it they have already actioned it , if they havent thought of it they make it their mission to achieve it Please check reviews for yourself - this resort has a 93% feeback covering the top 2 options . You can never keep everbody happy and some may have booked expecting a different type of holiday but even the high reviews are unusual So impressed we are booking a sister resort for mid October.................
