I stayed at this hotel from September 15th to 22nd, with my family, we are from Romania. In 2024, it was my first time here and the stay was wonderful – however, this year the management was not the same, and the experience was completely different. Animation team: Last year the animators were respectful and did their job properly, but this year it was the complete opposite. Both my sister and I received numerous indecent proposals from members of the animation team. Even though we politely refused, they insisted in a very inappropriate and sleazy manner. The only ones who behaved professionally were Romeo and Yusuf. ⚠️ Girls, if you are young and traveling alone, or even with your family (apparently this doesn’t stop them), be very cautious! Avoid their parties as much as possible, especially Efe's parties where he will even take your phone to leave reviews on German platforms without your consent. And to one specific animator: Dear Derman, or “Spiderman” as you are also called, stop asking girls if they like it in that car. Cleanliness: We did not request housekeeping during our stay, yet the staff cleaned our room every day, and it was always spotless. The cleaning staff were very kind and professional. Management: On the first day at check-in, the manager tried to give us a different room than the two we had paid for, claiming it was a “favor.” After refusing several times, he got annoyed and spoke disrespectfully to my sister. My advice: never accept another room than the one you actually paid for, no matter if it seems bigger or has a better view. Final thoughts: The animators become vulgar and even borderline aggressive if you don’t fall for their pickup attempts. They are neither supervised nor restricted, so be prepared for shocking and inappropriate questions. Last year’s management and animation team would have never allowed such behavior.

It was horrible. It was the second time here, but this year... horror. The new manager wanted to give us other room than we booked, I refused and he was verbally agressive with me. The animation team was terrible. It was really a disgrace. DERMAN (Spiderman) and EFE were the worst!!! Last year we had a great time, everything was good. The food, the staff. Last year the animation team was very polite and they really tried to make us feel good. This year they tried to convince us go to their parties, especially EFE. He took my sister's phone to write good reviews about the animation team. DERMAN made indecent proposals to me the whole week!!! I refused him everytime and he got very mad. I felt embarassed the whole week because he didn't stoped. The only polite guy from the animation team was Yusuf. He really tried to please every tourits with his activities. The food was ok, the room was clean. It was a lady that cleaned the room everyday. I really apreciated that. I don't recommend this hotels for young girls!
