“Friendly and fun”

The staff are very friendly and attentive. The animation team is constantly entertaining. I especially recommend the water aerobics. There are no strict rules. They do their best to please you.

Me and my partner stayed here for a week and really loved the atmosphere, staff, food and entertainment. There is a second hotel connected to this one with water slides and a snack bar that serves lunch. The food does switch up which is nice however there are a lot of the same options which we thought was also a good touch for those who don’t like to to change food options or are a bit picky. You also have the option for ice cream, flatbreads and slushies all day inbetween food times too. Our room was clean and tidy on arrival, and you can press a button in your room so the staff clean your room in the day ready for when you are back in the evening. You can also hit the ‘do not disturb’ button if you’d prefer your room to be left alone. Most mornings the staff provided a bottle of water to our room which we kept in our fridge to keep cool and to take to the poolside. The staff were very friendly, offering water sports, water gym and a few activities during the day. They are dotted about always available to help and answer any questions. Bar staff were the same and although my drinks were not on the cocktail menu, they were happy to make the drinks and overall added to the personal touch and nice experience. There is different entertainment each night, a game centre (arcade), music, and overall good vibe. The swimming pools were cool ( I must admit it’s very refreshing when it’s a hot day!) and lots of sunbeds available all day, so no need to ‘reserve’ a bed with your towel as there are plenty of options. We are English, and majority of the staff speak good English or at least a little bit which we absolutely loved and really appreciated. We did take a trip to the old town on one of our days, you can get two busses there, but we opted for the taxi for a direct route which did cost us 30 euros each way, so something to e mindful about. The taxi drivers pick you up right outside the hotel, and our driver gave us his card and dropped us back too. The hotel called the taxi service for us so we don’t have to worry about that too. The only downside to this experience was a representative calling us at 8am in the morning for a meeting we were not made aware about on our first day after we arrived at 4am. A little consideration there would have been appreciated, however as I say this is the only downside we can think of. There are a few cats dotted about the hotel too, not many, but a few. The staff are friendly towards them which we really did love as we are animal lovers and we did feed them some salmon from our dinner some nights, which non of the staff minded about.. goes to show they do care about the animals here which is absolutely lovely to see. They are very friendly cats too! “Nice hotel, not for us”

We stayed early May as a family of three, two adults and a toddler. The hotel is well equipped with pools, playgrounds, direct beach access, food and drink. The room was really nice and had everything we needed, the food was ok and staff friendly. However, for us, some things let it down. The doors and walls in the room are paper thin. The balcony door does not stop any noise from the outside, to the point I got up to check if I'd left it open on the first night. I had not yet we could get every car/person passing and even general wind/air outside. We could also hear EVERYTHING from the room next door, word for word. Following the renovations clearly carried out at the hotel, they could really do with upgrading the doors and insulation in the rooms as well. For us, the food was ok and what we had was nice but the food aimed at kids is the same for every meal and very limited. With the amenities, the hotel is aimed at kids but every lunch and dinner the options are chips, burgers and pizza. There are a lot more foods which can be made kid friendly without being chips and burgers. Also, as a traveller from the UK, breakfast was a struggle. The hotel appears aimed at Europeans and so this isn't something I expect the hotel to address but more a heads up to British travellers - there is a large salad bar but no fruit, yoghurt or other cold food options. For us, it was strange to have a full salad but not be able to have a bowl of fruit and yoghurt. Overall, the hotel is nice but not quite what we want and we probably wouldn't come back.
