“Good time”

We spent good family time, heated pool,heated water park was amazing specialy if you have kids. Food so good.Rooms are comfortable and clean. Big thank you to Gullu.

I visited Sidera Kirman Premium with my family for a week and had a great time. I got 2 rooms.The rooms were spacious and clean. I visited Sidera Kirman Premium with my family for a week and had a great time. I got 2 rooms.The rooms were spacious and clean. The fridges are loaded with soft drinks and alcohol including a small bottle of whiskey. The staff were very polite but I must stop here to send a very special thank you for Gullu Abdullayeva the guest relations manager as she was so professional in providing everything we needed which it added alot to have a great time. The food was very delicious and loads of varieties to choose. The outdoors kids swimming pool is heated and surprisingly I could feel the warmth specially the time was first week of April. I would definitely consider going to Sidera Kirman Premium again in the near future.

The manager GULU and staff go above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. The food is phenomenal—especially the breakfast, which is a real highlight! The all-inclusive service is top-notch, and every detail is taken care of. The room, the jacuzzi, and the pool were spotless—everything was clean and spot-on. I’ve stayed in many places, but this is by far one of the best resorts I’ve ever experienced. I can’t wait to return!”

Unfortunately, did not have the best time holidaying here. After staying at another hotel fairly close last year which was exceptional, I feel like we may have been spoiled and in turn expected better. The good: Rooms were nice and big enough for us. Food seemed fresh as did drinks. One of the wait staff really stood out for us, his name was Ökkeş. So attentive and on form. The pools were clean and heated well enough where available. Room cleaners were thorough. Coffee bar was nice and had good selection. The bad: No arrival drinks. Food options were pretty similar most days with some slight amendments. Not everything was labelled (not good for folks with allergies!) so hilariously ended up with a big bowl of cream cheese rather than yoghurt on one occasion. Aside from our one standout waiter, often you'd be waiting for ages for drinks and end up going yourself. Unable to book Al a cartes at first due to lack of guests apparently, although did manage to book the Turkish eventually. The spa salespeople were very irritating. Hassled alot and tried to sell us a series of 6 hammams for €300. Who even wants that many!? Aggressively swamped 8 times over two days for it and they demanded to know why we didn't want to go ahead. You need to collect your beach/swim towels from there so get harassed then too. Went to a local place for €35 which included hammam, massage and facial, even included free pickup from the hotel. Mini bar refills were sporadic and random but seemed to be at full service by the end of the stay. No pillow menu as promised. Hot tub was rancid. Ended up cleaning it myself. No poolside waiting service. Gözleme kiosk didn't seem to open at all. Drink options nowhere near what was advertised in the brochure. (Such things like different absolut flavours etc, while available, were refused even though advertised). QR codes on tables didn't work for ordering, plus it featured drinks that weren't even available (and didn't have ones that were!). Didn't have the needed ingredients for cocktails on more than one occasion. Also ran out of bar snacks fairly quickly on a couple of evenings. Nowhere near enough staff to cover bars (despite them trying their best), namely the lobby bar and aquarium bar. Lines were always 5-10 people deep with huge orders. Very little enforcement of etiquette in late bars. Post midnight in what I'd say were adult settings, children and families were happily running around screeching and shouting with no intervention. The kids club was unfortunately outdated. I was horrified to see that the children could essentially just come and go as they pleased with no sign in/out rules, as could random adults. Ended up having to sit nearby for mine most of the time to ensure safety. Also, the schedule for the club was never followed, or even done for that matter. While it may just be crossed wires, a member of staff seemed to come to argue with the lady working there on a couple of occasions. Unfortunately, activities were not great. Exactly the same schedule every day while I was there. There were no shows on at all for our entire stay so didn't even visit the stage. Guest relations while nice, were a bit intrusive (although the overnight lady didn't speak English so didn't have many dealings). I was collared, then questioned on what I believed to be an anonymous survey about the hotel. Some explanations were given to issues, but the general consensus was that we were just here at the wrong time - that being the case, please make sure your hotel brochures advise what is actually available. My keycard broke/gave up a total of 6 times. Once which plunged us into total darkness as it was while it was in the power slot. Staff advised it was our likely because we must've kept the card near electronic devices. Admittedly, the holiday did get a little better the more time went on, so maybe they just weren't ready at the time of opening? Definitely started to pick up. Was a bit of a ghost town when we first arrived. All in all, I'm sorry but I won't be returning.
