“Great Family Hotel”
Fantastic time, Esma very good at entertaining kids. Hotel is very nice, food is excellent and the pool is really good. It's also very close to the beach which has the all inclusive as part of that too. Our second time coming and won't be the last

Club mermaid June 2026 Good points - lovely pool and slides, modern clean family room . Great atmosphere we enjoyed darts, water polo and aqua aerobics. “Overall experience”
We arrived at the hotel the evening reception staff were lovely but a lady I. The daytime seemed very offended whenever we asked for help but it got resolved when we arrived I had a terrible drain smell in my room sadly the smell kept comeing but it was the drains but the cleaning staff was fantast… more

What a lovely clean hotel for the family. In Restraunt many times have problem with just 1 lady staff member. Here name is irem she was very rude on many different occasions the over Restraunt staff was great and caring. Just irem very Big rude problem. She need to leave the team.
