We stayed here in June and, overall, had a lovely holiday. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and in a fantastic location, with plenty of shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. Water slides and pools are great. No issues getting a sunbed but be careful as floors are slippery. The food is average, but there’s always something to eat, especially at the snack bar, which was a good option throughout the day. Unfortunately, there were a few negatives. The drink selection was very poor – and I mean very poor. The reception staff were also quite rude and not particularly helpful whenever we had any issues. Finally, don’t expect a good night’s sleep, as the call to prayer is broadcast over loudspeakers at around 4 a.m. every morning. While we understand this is part of the local culture and religion, it’s something future guests should be aware of if they’re light sleepers.

Food - Hard to navigate, they have to cater to different Nationalities and that's understandable but, the food was the worst part. We always found something but, we went out to eat a lot too. Drinks - Coffees and juices are available - unlimited bottled water. There is 1 choice of the following; Beer Vodka Whisky Gin Red wine White Wine Everything taste pretty bad. Anything branded you have to pay for, and the prices are what you would expect in the UK, around £8 per drink. This felt like it was a standard price wherever we went. They have ice-cream stands, potato spiral stands, candy floss and all of the good stuff you have to pay for. It is the only all-inclusive I have been to where you have to pay for the things in the hotel. Location - Good location, has shops and restaurants within walking distance. Good atmosphere. Rooms - Clean and spacious, we upgraded. If you upgrade with the hotel when you arrive rather than with TUI its a lot cheaper we saved £100 doing it that way. The beds are rather uncomfortable and the sheet which you put over you had the texture of a towel rather than a blanket. Just normal bedsheets would have been fine. No plug sockets near the bed, which was an annoying inconvenience. You only get 1 card for your room when you arrive, but you can pay £5 for another (you get it back). Free water in your fridge is supplied every day also. Pools - Too busy and overcrowded, they have the sunbeds so close to the pool which means nobody can move around the pool. They have 3-slide pools and one main pool, Which everyone gathers in, of course. There are not enough umbrellas and shade. I could imagine. This is difficult for those with small children as its not safe to have them exposed to sunlight all day and it's really, really hot. They could definitely do with more shaded areas for people. Island - The island is a great way to get away from the pool and is a lot cooler. It's huge and spacious, so there is always plenty of sunbeds, shade and fun. There are free bars on the Island and the buffet for lunch was nicer than the hotel. The sea was really nice and we definitely enjoyed the Island more than the hotel. There is a free shuttle that picks you up every 20 minutes at the entrance of the hotel and finished at 23:45 so its really easy to access. The Hotel in general - It was clean and spacious, the staff were really nice. We had about 4 power cuts while we were their so one of the people we were with was stuck in the lift. Overview - This is a budget holiday but not at the budget price. I probably would not have been so critical if it was less expensive. Would this be a hotel i recommend to people, no.
