First time in Alanya and got to say it’s a lovely place! Hotel is lovely and modern, very clean and never need for anything! Room has been cared for every day, air conditioning in both rooms (we have 2 rooms for 3 of us) plenty of summers and a great rule you can’t reserve until 8am so gives u a chance but there’s plenty. Animation/entertainment team are absolutely amazing ! Wake us up with a song n dance around the pool and with us all day making sure everything is ok. I’ve played darts, had a go at archery, water bikes and trampolines in the pool too! Evening entertainment is great and won at bingo with a mass of prizes!! This is one of the best teams I’ve seen at a hotel to be fair! Drinks flow all day in the mass of different bars around and also an icecream/ cake and coffee air conditioned area. There is plenty of food choices and basically served all day with small breaks to change what’s available! I would happily return!

This is a detailed and fair review of our stay from July 2026 Rooms - Rooms are newly renovated and modern, bed was comfy and bathroom had a lovely waterfall shower. Hairdryer in the bathroom was of very good standard, very powerful! Down side is that there is minimal storage and the hanging space is open so the room looks messy once occupied. Balcony was small but sufficient, we overlooked the pool and music could be loud but ended at 11pm Housekeeping standards were very good, fresh towels daily and fun towel arrangements to come back to! Pool - Pool area was clean and pool bar was nice, could become quite crowded unfortunately. No sunbeds available after around 10:30 if you wanted to swap between beach/pool Beach: Nice beach bar area, plenty of sunbeds available all day. Beach is rocky so shoes are required. Nothing special but serves a purpose! Food - We found the buffet food to be of a high standard, good salad selection and a reasonable amount of variance daily. Bread and fruit was always very fresh. Coffee shop was good and the ice cream was amazing! Staff - We found the majority of staff to be incredibly polite and helpful, particularly in the lobby bar, reception and the housekeeping staff we encountered. Unfortunately Turkey seems to have a long way to go regarding its views on women and this was evident in the hotel beach bar on a couple of occasions. Jokes made at my expense to my husband, and on one occasion the mixology bar guy came over to our table, spoke solely to my husband and ignored my existence. This was commonplace in Turkey but thankfully only 2 occasions in 10 days in the hotel. Entertainment - no information was given on entertainment, there was a confusing board with shows listed but no indication of dates. We did manage to catch one show which was entertaining enough but nothing special, it seemed to be a disco at the pool bar every other night. Location - Hotel is in quite a remote location., there is good shopping nearby by but very limited for any nearby restaurants, taxis into Alanya cost around 20 euros. If you don’t want to leave the hotel it’s perfect but slightly isolated if you do! Overall we had a nice stay at Kaia, I’m not sure we would return.
