  • The top reviews of Numa Konaktepe Hotel - All Inclusive are: We recently stayed here for a family holiday with our 7-year-old, and overall we had an enjoyable experience. Check-in: The check-in process was quick and efficient. We were initially allocated a room in Block B, but after reading reviews suggesting Block A (the main building) was the better option, we asked if we could move. The staff happily accommodated our request without hesitation and even took our luggage up to our new room. Room: Our room was clean, spacious, and modern, with a balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well throughout our stay. The only downside was that the rooms weren’t particularly soundproof, so noise from neighbouring rooms and the corridors could be heard at times. The room safe was available for an additional €1 per day, which we thought was very reasonable and were happy to pay for the extra peace of mind. Storage was also quite limited for a family of three. There wasn’t enough wardrobe or drawer space for all of our belongings, so our 7-year-old ended up living out of her suitcase for most of the holiday. Housekeeping unfortunately missed our room on three occasions, but each time we contacted reception, cleaners were sent up promptly. Overall, the standard of cleaning was average. Food & Drinks: There was a decent variety of food, with plenty of options for both adults and children. We particularly enjoyed the freshly made pizzas from the beach bar. The main downsides were that the menu became repetitive after a few days, and some of the hot food wasn’t always served at the best temperature. There are also a few extras that are worth knowing about before you arrive. Freshly squeezed orange juice costs €2, while popcorn and candy floss are available during the evening entertainment for €4 each. Premium cocktails and branded alcoholic drinks are also available at an additional charge. These are, of course, optional, but it’s useful to be aware of them. Unfortunately, some of the staff appeared disengaged. In particular, the lady at the waffle counter rarely smiled or interacted with the children and often came across as quite rude. She was also frequently on her phone while serving, which wasn’t the best impression. Pools & Facilities: The pools were clean and well maintained, and there were plenty of sunbeds available despite some guests reserving them with towels early in the morning and leaving them unused for hours. Our 7-year-old absolutely loved the water slides. The pool toilets were cleaned regularly, but not to a particularly high standard. They often had an unpleasant smell, which could definitely be improved. Entertainment: The daytime and evening entertainment was enjoyable but became quite repetitive during our stay. The entertainment team weren’t overly pushy but did make a genuine effort to encourage guests to get involved. Hotel Photographer: One of the highlights of our holiday was having a family photoshoot with Yazmus and Moorat, the hotel photographers. They were both fantastic—friendly, patient, and brilliant with our 7-year-old. The photos turned out beautifully, and they did everything they could to make sure we got the most from our budget without any pressure. We’d 100% recommend booking a photoshoot with them if you’re staying at the hotel. Location: The hotel is in a great location, with the beach, shops, bars, and excursion pick-up points all within around a 10-minute walk. The nearby underpass made it easy and safe to explore the local area. The beach itself is made up of stones rather than sand, so we’d highly recommend bringing or buying a pair of beach shoes, especially for children, as they make getting in and out of the sea much more comfortable. Beach Activities: We also treated ourselves to parasailing from the beach (€130), and it was one of the highlights of our holiday. The staff made us feel safe and secure throughout, and we’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an extra activity. One small heads-up, though—this isn’t a reflection on the hotel, but on the beach operator. After the experience, we wanted to purchase just one or two of the photos and were happy to pay €15 per photo. However, we were told there was a minimum purchase of three photos, and the only alternative was to buy the drone footage, which we weren’t interested in. It didn’t spoil the experience, but it’s worth knowing in advance if you’re planning to buy any of the photos afterwards. What Could Be Improved: To make the experience even better, we’d suggest more varied evening entertainment, a wider rotation of food options, better standards of housekeeping and cleanliness in the pool toilets, and serving ice cream during the evening as well as during the day. It would also be great to see some staff being more engaged and welcoming, especially those working in the family food areas. Overall: We had a good family holiday and made some fantastic memories together. Although there were several areas that could be improved, including housekeeping, food variety, soundproofing, room storage, and some staff interactions, the positives outweighed the negatives. We’d happily recommend this hotel to couples and families looking for a relaxing holiday. A special thank you again to Yazmus and Moorat for capturing some amazing family memories that we’ll treasure for years to come..
