“Great staff, food OK lots of things could be better.”

“Not for disabled”

We were sent there as a family the agent shouldn't have sent us.my daughter in a wheelchair no facilities i have walking difficulties Hotel has steps all over and very steep ramps which we couldn't use so we're limited around hotel Food was nice all the staff from beach bus driver to bar staff wer… more

We were sent there as a family the agent shouldn't have sent us.my daughter in a wheelchair no facilities i have walking difficulties Hotel has steps all over and very steep ramps which we couldn't use so we're limited around hotel Food was nice all the staff from beach bus driver to bar staff were lovely Even the manager asked who sent us to that hotel it blatantly tells you in the book not for disabled rep tried to change us hotels but they were all full so we ended up coming home 3 days earlier

We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 12) for 8 nights, all inclusive. The hotel was just okay and nothing special. It is advertised as 3* on Jet2 and the hotel has sign at the main entrance telling you it’s a 4* but personally think it is 2* hotel. The location of the hotel is not great as it backs onto a main road / motorway and you can hear the sound of the cars through the night. There is also a school next to the hotel which can be noisy during the day. The hotel needs a bit of a face lift. Our rooms were cleaned every day and clean towels / bedding provided. The pool area is not the cleanest and there are dirty ashtrays left around every day and for some reason the hotel staff allowed people to smoke in the outdoor eating area and around the pool, so keep this in mind if you don’t smoke.! The pool area its self is compact and sun loungers are taken very quickly. The food is okay but is very repetitive and towards the end of the holiday we had all had enough. Soft drinks and local alcoholic drinks are included as part of the all inclusive apart from cocktails which you have to pay for separately! There is a beach bar / pool area (about a 10 minute walk or you can get a shuttle bus provide by the hotel). Again, this is okay but is run down in parts and not the cleanest. The beach is nice but is rocky, so make sure you wear footwear. Hotel staff are pleasant but don’t really interact with you compared to other hotels I have stayed at! There is a kids disco every night but this only lasts for about 30 minutes and the 4 same songs were sang every night! The hotel also puts on more entertainment after the kids disco but was just okay. Overall, our stay was just okay and probably wouldn’t return to this hotel in the future. I would recommend if you can afford more money in your budget, look to stay else where. Would also recommended getting a private transfer to and from the hotel.
