Our stay at Serenity Queen Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its beautiful design, excellent service, spotless cleanliness, delicious food, and relaxing atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our vacation truly memorable. A special thank you goes to Ugur, the bartender at the pool bar. His cocktails were simply outstanding – expertly crafted, delicious, and always served with great attention to detail. What made the experience even more special was his exceptional customer service. Ugur is incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and communicative. He always greeted guests with a warm smile, remembered preferences, and made everyone feel welcome and valued. Employees like Ugur are a true asset to the hotel and play a big role in creating such a wonderful guest experience. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future. We spent 7 days as a couple at Serenity Queen. We rate our stay max. 4/5 –the hotel is decent, but it has several flaws that are worth considering. We were hoping for a slightly more intimate atmosphere. Room and Cleanliness: The room was reasonably spacious, but the finish quality leaves much to be desired with noticeable imperfections. Upon arrival, it wasn't perfectly clean –we noticed a neglected toilet seat and a leaking toilet. The bathroom was very small (not enough room for two people) with limited space for toiletries, and the toilet bowl was mounted too high. The balcony was neglected with an unpleasantly dirty floor, and the balcony door banged against the railing. There was also a strange smell in the room. The minibar was refilled regularly, but the fridge barely cooled. The AC worked fine during the day but tended to turn off at night, waking us up in the heat. Pools and Beach: The biggest downside was the complete lack of sunbeds by the main pool –by 8-9 AM, literally everything was already reserved. Other zones had their downsides too – children occasionally appeared in the +16 adult pool, though they weren't too bothersome. The music was quite monotonous, mostly Turkish. There weren't many sunbeds on the pier, but luckily we managed to find a spot there. On a positive note, the hotel grounds are well-kept with beautiful greenery, and the entry to the sea is gentle and shallow (water shoes are a must due to the stones). Food and Service: The food was standard –everyone will find something to eat, but nothing extraordinary. The grilled meats were dry, the buffet was repetitive daily, the vegetables were sometimes dried out, and the seafood (served once a week) was poorly prepared. On the plus side, the sauces were good. The staff was okay, but their English was quite poor. We also noticed favoritism towards Turkish guests – unless you specifically asked, they wouldn't pour imported alcohol. Very nice lobby bar and cosmopolitan. The drink selection was limited (especially non-alcoholic options). Every bar shared the exact same menu, but the drinks tasted completely different depending on the bar –there was absolutely no consistency or standard in how they were made. Highlights: Delicious Starbucks coffee and always smiling, polite staff. Evening animations and professional artistic groups of a high standard. Beautifully maintained common areas –the hotel looks best from the outside. Snack bar orders via QR code (though quality was a lottery –sometimes fresh, sometimes cold, old fries). Summary: The area is quite calm – it takes about 25 minutes one way to walk to a larger shopping area. It wasn't amazing, but it wasn't terrible either –just average. However, we wouldn't choose this hotel a second time. PS. the "steak" in the a la carte restaurant is actually just beef escalopes

We stayed at this hotel last year and had a fantastic experience. That is why we decided to return this year. Unfortunately, this year’s stay was a major disappointment. We arrived on 18 June 2026, and already from the second day we had to start complaining about the poor housekeeping standards in our room. The room was not cleaned as expected. On several occasions, we were provided with a duvet without a duvet cover, and the duvet itself had several stains that appeared to be urine stains. Used coffee cups and glasses were left behind instead of being removed, and the overall level of cleanliness was far below what one would expect from a five-star hotel. The standards in the hotel’s public areas were also disappointing. Children were using the 16+ pool area despite this not being permitted. There was litter in several areas, and in the spa section we found the sales staff to be extremely persistent. We were repeatedly approached with offers for treatments and services, which became intrusive and took away from the sense of peace and relaxation that guests expect in a spa environment. The most serious incident during our stay involved my daughter. During dinner, she had taken a small amount of food back to our room, as she had done on previous evenings without any objections from the staff. On this occasion, however, a security guard ran after her and demanded that she return the food to the restaurant. He spoke to her in a harsh and intimidating manner in front of other guests. My daughter became extremely upset, started trembling, and was close to tears. She felt humiliated and embarrassed. The incident affected us so deeply that we spent several hours trying to resolve the matter and did not get to sleep until three o’clock in the morning. Throughout our stay, we raised our concerns repeatedly with Guest Relations, but the issues were never properly resolved. Eventually, we requested a meeting with the hotel manager. We were informed that he was not on the premises and that we would be contacted if he arrived. After waiting for a considerable time without hearing anything, I went to the reception desk myself and insisted on speaking with him. Suddenly, it turned out that he was available after all. At the same time, I would like to commend the restaurant waiters. They were consistently friendly, welcoming, and service-minded. In particular, on our final evening, several members of the restaurant team provided excellent service, which we greatly appreciated. It is also worth mentioning that the hotel is marketed as an international five-star resort, yet very few employees spoke English. Communication was conducted mainly in Russian and Turkish, which made it difficult to seek assistance and resolve the issues we encountered. As compensation for the numerous problems we experienced during our stay, we were offered a single imported drink. Considering that the hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis and taking into account the seriousness and number of the issues we reported, we found this compensation entirely inadequate. In conclusion, this hotel does not meet the standards that one would reasonably expect from a five-star property. Our experience this year was in stark contrast to the excellent stay we enjoyed previously, and we are left deeply disappointed by both the conditions we encountered and the way our complaints were handled. Here’s a natural and polite English translation: Sorry, but we felt we had to share our disappointment and our experience. We spent a lot of money to stay at your hotel and to travel there. We would also like to thank the wonderful waiters who provided great service and communicated with us so well, both at the beach restaurant and during breakfast.
