I really enjoyed my stay with my mom. The sea view room was very nice and clean. There was a great variety of food and drinks, and the staff were always friendly, polite, and helpful. Special thanks to Tuncay from the animation team for his great communication, kindness, and professionalism. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We would love to visit this place again 😌

Stayed at this fabulous hotel for 4 nights (we'd only booked 3 initially but it was so good we booked an extra night). Warmly welcomed by Ali, Esra and Baki, lovely kind people and a credit to the hotel. I had noted there was apparently a language barrier but we didn't experience this. The room was beautiful, spacious with a huge, extremely comfortable bed. Hot Shower and a lovely sea view from the balcony. Food was really good, plenty of choices and freshly cooked. Drink choices were impressive as well lots of cocktails, wine and beer and a great selection of soft drinks. I had a Hamamm at the hotel spa and it was perfect. Very relaxing experience. Tessekurler Gigdem and Erhan Heptas for looking after me. All in all a fantastic hotel and great value for money. I did try to post a review on Booking.com but it wouldn't allow me to elaborate. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel comfortable and welcome it was very much appreciated 💖

We stayed at the Alexia Resort in Side, Turkey, from May 6th to 20th, and it was an absolutely unforgettable stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. In particular, one girl at the lobby bar stood out; she always served me my favorite drinks—iced coffee with orange slices, pistachios, and cream—and personalized drinks when I asked. Another two friendly bar staff, one with a name like an English flower, also went out of their way in the bar and snack bar—making sure I had vegan pizzas, salads, and cheesy bites so I didn’t have to leave the resort. A big mention must go to the marketing manager, who personally went to the head chef to arrange vegan meals for me every evening, ensuring I never had to worry about leaving the hotel. Alongside him, the head chef and sous-chef created beautiful dishes, and one evening, they even surprised Michael with a chef’s hat—such a personal and special gesture, since he used to cook as a merchant Navy. We celebrated my birthday with champagne from them, a fruit bowl, and wine in our room, plus flowers on the table—just magical. The DJ team was also fantastic; one night I even did karaoke, and they were so supportive. The celebrations were endless—from a lovely Mother’s Day party with cake and dancing, to a special patriotic day, with treats, flags, and fireworks by the pool. Though we can’t recall every name, we want to thank everyone who went above and beyond to make our two weeks so special. The care, personal touches, and celebrations made it a stay we’ll never forget. Best regards, Patricia and Michael.
