We had a fantastic 7 day AI holiday. Our group included 4 adults, 2 teenage boys, and an 81 year old mother in law. The hotel was a superb choice for every single person. The quality and selection of food in the main buffet ensured everyone enjoyed their food. It was all cooked fresh and served warm. It is a very well run culinary operation. Special mentions to Serife, Sami, and Ridvan who were so friendly, funny, and a real credit to the hotel. Our boys enjoyed the water park, swimming off the pier, hired jet skis, and demolished countless chicken kebabs & brownies at the beach bar. From an adult perspective, the Efes beer on draught was ice cold and lovely. Captain Morgan's white rum and Baileys were branded spirits available on the AI which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our Turkish a la carte meal, a huge amount of food was served and a lovely sea view. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable. The mini bar is stocked daily with beer, fizzy pop, water daily as part of AI. Spotlessly clean. Nice little touches like free shaving kit, toothbrush/paste, shampoo/conditioner are topped up throughout your stay. We caught a taxi into Side old town one evening and its only 10 mins away (€10 each way). The ruins and amphitheatre are 100% worth seeing. Having been to Dalyan and Fethiye, the shops in Side are very expensive and shopping for clothes/handbags is better elsewhere. If pushed to make a negative comment, we found the spa sales guys too pushy. We appreciate its their job to generate sales but we were asked three times a day for the first few days.

This is a 4.5 star hotel Staff are very friendly Reception team are professional It is very well organised The entertainment team are hard-working, friendly and excellent at what they do It’s VERY clean Staff are incredibly multilingual The coffee shop and patisserie are definitely highlights (I’m a coffee snob) The grounds are lovely Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, razor and shaving gel in the rooms. Parents Ramps and lifts make it pram friendly as much as possible Toddler pool has a big shade over it all day Clean high chairs in restaurants Pool Slides are only for older kids (no slides for under 5s - ( i think they can go on the big ones but probably too scary) Kids club is cool (I presume air con), very big and clean. Playground and splash park for under 5s really. Main restaurant Kids restaurant section is dire. Absolutely terrible. Hardly any food in there, cold and basically chips and plain spaghetti. Kid food in general is terrible. No plain margarita pizza, no plain cooked vegetables, no fish fingers, chips aren’t very nice, no potato wedges, no grapes, no berries, no child-versions of adult food. Just chicken nuggets. Other restaurants Nice food in the other restaurants and slightly more child-friendly. No cutlery though. Desserts don’t come with cutlery. Not a fork or spoon in sight. Service is variable. Waiters are nice and friendly but over-worked. Pool and activities You can always find a sun lounger in the shade, even if not by the pool. There are tonnes under the trees on the grass next to all the pools. Beware, the archery and darts are for adults only. Not many activities for parents and children together. Not much info on when things are on. No idea that there was a magic show on or a bubble show on. No information anywhere with any daily itinerary that I could see. Perhaps there is if you ask for one. I wanted to loose idea of what we could take advantage of during the week but we missed loads of stuff because we didn’t know what was on and everything was so spread out. The water park and that pool is over the drive way outside reception and not near the other pool so you have to decide where to camp out. The slides were not busy at all. Zero queue all day and they are open 10-12 then from 2 till about 5 ish. Free ice creams and water all day Pizza, burgers, chips, onion rings, meatballs, pasta at the water slide pool. As well as brownies, waffles, ice cream and salads. All drinks here too. Ketchup hard to find in general at this hotel. Disappointments The restaurant service and the main restaurant in general. There needs to be more waiters. They work SO HARD but there just aren’t enough of them. You can’t get a drink on some days. Rooms Lovely, big, balcony, everything worked and in good working order. Beds a bit hard. Could do with providing a face cloth. We would come here again
