“Not quite a 5 Star experience”
It appears that the hotel and travel agency do not communicate very well with regards th the type of rooms you book. The hotel blames easyJet. However, also how can my room key stop working after 7 days? I received an excuse it's the magnetic strip than I don't know. I feel they checked us out… more
